Spacious Country Ranch Home. 25 Private Acres All to Yourself.

You'll fall in love with this spacious 3 bedroom 3 bath ranch. Home is on 25 acres with Big Indian Creek being the southern border. Large fully stocked kitchen and living room. Living room, Master and 1 guest bedroom have full HD/Cable DVR TV's. 2nd guest bedroom and sunroom have smart HD TV's. We also have an Xbox one for your gaming needs.
Relax in a large sunroom sitting area or get some work done at the desk. Have a nice cup of coffee at the coffee bar. 32x16 rear deck looks out to sparkling pool and 5 acres of pasture. You do have access to the pool. Outdoor swing for the kids (or the kid in all of us) Outdoor fire pit. You will have access to all 25 private acres. Try your luck at fishing in Big Indian Creek or just go for a stroll through woods. The sun goes down with owls hooting and comes up with geese honking and turkeys gobbling. If you want to "Get Away" This is your place. Plenty of room for multiple vehicle parking or trailer parking on property. Property is protected with 3 outdoor cameras monitoring front, side and back yard area.

Smart TV's, High Speed internet with WiFi

Property is listed as no pets however, Horses and show animals are allowed on the property and welcomed. Please contact the owner with inside pet requests. We may approve inside pets given certain circumstances.

Property is just outside Perry & Warner Robins and minutes from many local wedding venues. 10 minutes from Perry National Fairgrounds & Go Fish Education Center, 15 min to Little League Regional Park, 15 min to Rigby's Waterpark, 10 minutes to Agricultural Technology Center, 15 minutes to Southern Bridle Farm, 15 minutes to Magnolia Mule Barn, 15 minutes to Hudson Valley Farm, 15 minutes to Lane Southern Orchards, 15 minutes to Pineola Farms, 18 minutes to Valley View Barn, 25 min to Robins Air Force Base. Green Bell Bed & Barn is just around the corner (less than 5 minute drive) and The Venue at Tryphena's Garden is walking distance approx 500 yards down the road. We stayed a few days as my husband was in town for work. Everything was clean, pool was ready to be jumped in and all clean linens. The A/C was a little wonky the first day, but they were prompt and had someone out there to take care of it quickly. We had a wonderful time!

My daughter got married at Tryphenas Garden. It was a one minute drive to the venue. There were 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms so perfect for my family to be comfortable and have their own space. The living room and kitchen area was plenty of room for my grandchildren to play and the adults be comfortable too. This is the perfect place for a family to stay!! The host communicated very well with me and was a gracious host. I would definitely stay in this house again!

Wonderful for Wedding Weekend!

This property was the perfect place to stay for a wedding weekend! The wedding was at Tryphena’s Garden which was just down the road, so it was perfect for going back and forth for the rehearsal and ceremony. The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything we could need! Thank you!

Quiet country ranch

We stayed almost 2 weeks at this property and loved it. The home was very clean and well stocked. The property was beautiful and we enjoyed exploring it. It’s also very convenient to Perry and Fort Valley but felt like being far from the city. The owners were very responsive to the questions we had and were extremely helpful. We would definitely recommend this property.

Great getaway house!

This house was excellent! We were at an event at the Georgia National Fairgrounds, and this house was the perfect location. The house accommodatied for three families and an infant. It is definitely a house I’d recommend! I just wish we had more time to enjoy the property!

Perry Horse Show

Large nicely appointed remodeled home. Perfect for multiple people needing some privacy and large areas to be together. Would definitely be awesome in the summer with a nice outdoor area with a pool and barbecue. Owners were very attentive.

Wedding weekend

Amazing property for the wedding party to stay! It was perfect! The house is larger than what the photos perceive. The house was conveniently located just right around the corner from the wedding venue. In addition, it has a large room that was perfect for hair and makeup. The owners were very accommodating and they provided snacks! I would definitely recommend this property and as a matter of fact, my best friends daughter is getting married October 2025 and based on what they saw, they have already booked!

An amazing retreat close to the Tryphena's Gardens

I got this location as it was very close to the venue, Tryphena's Garden, where my little sister was getting married. My partner and I had a wonderful time with our friends, as it was extremely close the venue. It was very clean and spacious inside the house. The outside is very well kept. The host was very quick to respond if we had any questions. I highly recommend staying here!

Perfect for visit with friends

Could not have asked for a better house for visiting back home and spending time with friends and family. The property is beautiful and so peaceful and still close enough to get food delivery and grocery delivery. It was perfect wirh 3 bathrooms so we didnt have to share with the teens. The pool was also great with the temperatures getting in the 90s during our stay. I will stay again if possible on my next trip

Had a Great Stay

We were all very pleased with our stay. Clean and well-maintained. The hosts graciously had many little treats/snacks and toiletries present if needed. The kitchen was stocked with all things that we needed for food prep and cooking. We were there for a local wedding so didn't have time to use the pool but the pool was very nice. If we ever end up in the Perry area again we would definitely book this place again.
