House open on the outside with 1 big terrace which overhangs the pergola and the garden of 1700 m ²:
1 large vegetable garden, fruit trees (mirabellier, apple, cherry, apricot, hazel, fig tree) and
a river at the end of the garden to stroll, read or picnic, a trampoline and a wooden structure, 2 spaces arranged for lunch
At disposal, a plancha and a barbecue for the garden; 3 to 4 parking spaces in a private courtyard closed by an automatic gate
