2 rooms very well located, 36 m2 + 6m2 of terrace, on the first floor with elevator in a secure building, quiet and functional. 5 minutes walk from the beaches and the Croisette.
A room with a large bed. A living room with sofa bed, equipped kitchenette, TV, Wi-Fi. Terrace overlooking a beautiful garden with palm trees. Bathroom with bath. Separate toilets.
Central location in a beautiful building, close to a supermarket. You can access everything (Rue d'Antibes, Croisette, Palais) without needing a car. Ideal for conferences and holidays.
A privileged location 5 minutes from the Rue d'Antibes, the Croisette and beaches, 10 minutes from the Palace: you do everything on foot.
The apartment offers perfect comfort for 2 people and can accommodate up to 3 or (maximum) 4 people for short stays (room with double bed and double sofa bed in the living room).
Beautiful terrace overlooking the garden and the beautiful palm trees. Quiet apartment, not far from the fast track but soundproofed by double glazing.
You have access to the whole apartment.
It is located in the immediate vicinity of a Casino supermarket (you cross the street) and a laundry (at the bottom of the building).
If you travel by car, you can park it for free in the neighboring streets (for example rue Louis Nouveau) or in the public parking of Place Commandant-Lamy (3 minutes from the apartment) which offers attractive packages.
Sheets, pillowcases, towels (except beach towels) and tea towels are provided.
You access the internet via Wi-Fi. You have TV by TNT and more channels by the Freebox. The hot water is supplied by a cumulus, no manipulation to perform. The new reversible air conditioning (air conditioning and heating) works very simply with a remote control. Remember to turn it off when you're not using it (for example when you're away) and close the windows properly when you use it.
Non smoking apartment.
Not suitable for animals
No party or evening. The building is quiet and must remain so.
The entrance to the premises is between 14:00 and 20:00 (except special agreement) and departure at 12:00 (unless otherwise agreed).
Thank you to respect the places, the furniture and the equipment as well as the rules of the building (especially calm and cleanliness). Take special care not to make noise on the terrace. It is forbidden to spread linen on the railings; there is a drying rack on the terrace.

The district of Bas Montfleury where the apartment is located is one of the most pleasant of Cannes and has the advantage of being close to the Rue d'Antibes, the Croisette and the beaches.
The Palais des Festivals is a 10-minute walk away.
The train station is ten minutes walk; the public parking Commandant-Lamy is 3 minutes away. The city bus stop is right next to the building. A taxi rank is at the beginning of Pasteur Street, two minutes away. The shuttle that goes around the city center ( ticket valid for the day) stops at the corner of Rue Pasteur and Rue d'Antibes. You have three car rental agencies nearby.

Retired master, passionate about education, reading, music and travel, in love with Cannes where I lived and worked for a long time, we acquired with my wife this pied-à-terre that we occupy as well as our children sometimes. We would also like to make it available to holidaymakers, congressmen and festival-goers, hoping that they will feel at home.
Why they chose this property
We bought this apartment to be able to come regularly to Cannes, a city and a region that we particularly like for its climate, its landscapes, its cultural richness between the Coast, the hinterland, the proximity of Nice, Monaco, from Italy. I came to Cannes with my grandmother in the 50's and remained very attached to the atmosphere of this city and the islands of Lérins with this light and these characteristic odors.
What makes this property unique
This apartment is ideally located and allows you to do without a car: you can do everything on foot, this avoids the stress of driving. This, the layout and condition of the apartment, the quality of the building and the environment, we decided to buy this property in April 2015, and we do not regret it! People who have already rented it have been delighted.
