This top quality, air-conditioned and modern apartment is ideal for family holidays (1 couple and 2 children).
Facing south, on the ground floor, it has a large terrace for lunch and a beautiful relaxation area with sun loungers for lounging.
Composed of an entrance leading to a corridor on the right giving access to the bathroom with wc, a fully equipped kitchen area with washing machine, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment, a bedroom with a 160 bed, its television and its direct access to the bathroom, a living room with sofa bed, the latter both giving access to the terrace and the garden.
Household linen, cleaning service and tourist tax are not included in the price.
Rented with a garage in the basement with electric opening control.
