Sanierung/Renovierung dringend erforderlich bei sonst sehr freundlichen Gastgeber und toller Lage

Zunächst war unser Gastgeber stets sehr freundlich und fast immer erreichbar . Check-in und Check-out war sehr unkompliziert. Die Lage, die freundliche Nachbarn und der Garten mit dem hervorragenden Ausblick, wie in den Fotos zu sehen, waren herrlich. Das Apartment war insgesamt sauber. Nur leider hier und da, vorwiegend im Bad, gab es schwarze Verfärbungen an Wänden und Decke, die dem Schimmel sehr ähnlich waren. Außerdem sehr hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit, so dass die Wohnung schnell muffig wie in alten, feuchten Kellerräumen gerochen hat. Das war für uns sehr störend, insbesondere nach Rückkehr von Ausflügen. Die Größe der Wohnung war für uns ideal. Es herrscht ein dringender Renovierungs- bzw. Sanierungsbedarf, insbesondere auch die Elektroinstallation! Ein Kabelbrand entsteht schneller als man es sich vorstellen kann… Die Matratze bei einer der zwei Doppelbetten (140 cm Breite jeweils) war sehr durchgelegen, man lag schon direkt auf dem Lattenrost, trotz unserer Leichtigkeit (schlanke zierliche Personen). Sein Bettrahmen sowie der Kleiderschrank im Schlafzimmer sah wie bei einem Zustand nach einem Wasserschaden aus (im Außenbereich unten). Die zwei anderen Betten waren im sehr guten Zustand. Der Esstisch braucht eine neue Platte, aber die Tischdecke verdeckt zum Glück alles. Die Spülmaschine lässt sich leider nur partiell öffnen (durch Rost?)und den unteren Korb kann man nicht simpel hinaus und hinein schieben (Rädchen fehlen). Aber gespült wurden die Sachen gut. Es gibt ein Induktionskochfeld, nur leider 2 dazu funktionierende Töpfe. Die übrigen sind dafür inkompatibel. Geschirr gab es genügend. Die Messer waren, wie gewöhnlich in den Ferieninterkünften, nicht scharf. Es gab leider kein Schneidebrett, so dass wir für uns schnell einen kaufen mussten. Der Kühlschrank wartet vermutlich auf seine Abholung, da ein neuer grauer im Gartenhäuschen auf seinen Platz wartet. Der jetzige (weiß) war im Bereich der Dichtungen sehr unhygienisch. Auch sammelte sich ständig Wasser auf die Glasplatten, wir mussten regelmäßig reinigen und trocknen, um die Lebensmittel noch genießbar halten zu können. Der Gefrierfach war hervorragend. Es gab einen Kontaktgrill. Die Klimaanlagen hatten sehr gute Dienste geleistet. Der Garten war einfach herrlich. Auf der Terrasse gab es eine defekte Markise, was für uns sehr schade war. Alternativ war ein Sonnenschirm verfügbar. Die Waschmaschine leistete ihr gute Dienste. Dennoch hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub!MerciBeaucp

A 2 pas de la plage

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette location spacieuse, bien équipée et idéalement située par rapport à la plage, les commerces et les sites à visiter. Le jardin permet de profiter d'une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer et la plage accessible à moins d'une minute à pied.
