Blue Water Beach Villas is a new condo complex right by the beach in Ambergris Caye. Step outside to the balcony and stare in awe at the breathtakingly beautiful crystal-clear waters of the Caribbean Sea. If you head down to the common area, you can suntan on the lawn chairs, or walk down the beach feeling the sand under your feet. Take advantage of the shared swimming pool available and cool off during those hot summer days. Come back home and treat your friends to a tasty homecooked meal and enjoy it outdoors, in your private and furnished balcony.

Far from the noise of town, this rental is perfect to enjoy a relaxing vacation. There are restaurants within walking distance. The property also has two kayaks ready to be taken in the ocean. If you want to explore even further we can help you rent a golf cart which is the best way of getting around. You'll be on the sands of Secret Beach after driving five miles, while San Pedro is only six miles away.

The host was inattentive when it came to concerns about wifi .. I struggled without internet the entire stay which was 4days.. I wrote the host numerous times and no help was provided I’m truly disappointed as I am someone who works from home so internet was very much needed , I also was unable to contact family back home . They claim the support team would’ve helped and that was a lie

Secluded, but still close to places to eat and get the basics.

We loved the location of the building and our unit was perfect. Secluded, but sill close to places to each and get your basic needs. Its a 25 minutes golf card ride to town. The pool and grounds was always clean. You can swim in the sea or the pool. We enjoyed the morning walk to Portofino Resort for breakfast and Sundeck restaurant for dinner. Both places are great prices and beautiful view. We will definitely be returning. We are already planning our next trip and planning on staying here.

Beautiful getaway on Ambergris caye!

Michaela was wonderful and very responsive and helpful to our needs! Condo was lovely but not stocked very well in kitchen and sliding patio doors did not lock. They had plumbing issues 2 days with no water that they fixed as quickly as they could. Beautiful grounds, view and wonderful staff on the grounds! Would recommend to others!

Nice home that needs some repairs. Had unfinished sheetrock on bedroom & bath. Some fixtures & outlets were coming off the walls. Very nice location just missing the maintenance.

Beautiful view, lovely small pool. The unit needs to be updated. There's peeling paint, not enough towel racks, no clothes hooks, closet and bedroom doors drag on the floor. It appears they are starting to work on it. It has primarily mismatched glasses, and no sauce pans. The curtains are old and stained. All appliances and the a/c worked. Lourdes is great and very helpful and responsive. She had groceries delivered to our unit prior to our arrival which was greatly appreciated. It's quiet, the other people were all friendly. There are several good restaurants close by. It's hard to walk along the shore due to all the trash. The trip to town is long and ROUGH!!!! All in all we enjoyed our time. The unit is not a gold star condo at this point in time.

Terrible condo to stay in.

I've used Vacasa few times already, and the first time I was absolutely in love with the place, the condo and overall service. But, everytime I've arrived for another visit, things would get worse. Previously I've decided not to write negative reviews, but this time I have no choice. This time I was absolutely worse, I was not only ignored, but most importantly condo D2, nice size, good price but, no internet, washer is broken, microwave is turning but not heating, many other problems I don't have time to list. Having said that I've contacted Vacasa to see if they can help me, but instead of helping me, management decided to completely ignore me. I've spent 5 days not able to communicate with my customers, my laundry was dirty and a cold breakfast was served everyday. I eat oatmeal for breakfast heated in microwave. My system. So, to make long story short, I will contact Vacasa for refund, or Vacasa will never make a penny on me. Hope this helps others planning to stay in Blue Water Beach Villas, San Pedro Belize.

A Nice Stay

My husband and I stayed at this condo for 2 weeks in November 2021. The condo was incredibly spacious for our party of 2, and we enjoyed our beautiful surroundings. We were pleased with the condo and the property overall. The living room furniture was comfortable and inviting. There are some restaurants near the location, but you'll most likely travel back into town for a greater choice of restaurants, which is about a 20 minute ride or so. We appreciated that both bathrooms were fully functional. The "main bedroom" is a very nice size, and is off the entrance, not in the back overlooking the pool/ocean. While there wasn't a tv shown in the pictures (just a listing under the amenities) there is a tv with a host of cable channels. The internet was awesome, with absolutely no issues (cable and internet are connected). The balcony is very spacious, with furniture to accommodate seating for 4 people. Things to Know: The front bedroom has an actual queen size bed, while the back bed is probably a full size, definitely not a queen. While the queen size bed is comfortable, the mattress is medium firm. For this particular unit, it was directly over the pool, and with people in the pool for most of the day, sitting out on the balcony could feel a bit "pervy". Since the complex is quite small, the pool is very close to the dwelling. The condo was really lacking in the kitchen supplies (pots/pans), and those that were present could definitely be thrown out for a refresh. However, there were plates and glasses that would meet most needs for a party of 4-6 persons, which were in good condition. Utensils were moderate. Initially the washer didn't work (Days 1-6) , though the dryer worked just fine. The property manager, Ana, was very nice and tried to remedy the situation. After a few attempts with different repair persons, it worked. Hopefully that will remain the case. We knew to be prepared for the mosquitoes, but knowing and experiencing is quite different. Even being fully prepared with repellant, we lost the battle. While we likely wouldn't stay this far north again, the condo was a nice reprieve from our busy days in Belize. Enjoy!

The homeowners are planning on purchasing new mattresses for both beds soon, and the pots and pans are getting replaced as well. The washing machine is now fixed. We greatly appreciate your patience with that inconvenience. Hopefully we can host you again for a better experience!

Not luxury but was ok

I loved that it was a small community, only 9 units. The view was gorgeous. The beds were far from comfortable and our washing machine not only didn’t work but was missing parts. Thankfully we just used this place as a place to sleep and shower, we spent most of our time at a big villa with 24 of our friends celebrating a birthday.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at the Blue Water Beach Villas in San Pedro. Sarah and Michaela were always available to answer questions when needed. Our golf cart stopped working one day and Michaela had fruit delivered to our apartment until someone arrived to fix it. The view is absolutely incredible from the room. The property has a beautiful pier and kayaks that are available for you to use. The water is super clear (very shallow and grassy near the beach itself, but you can swim/wade out to bright blue water or kayak there in 2 minutes). It feels like you're the only ones there and you have the whole beach and pool area to yourself. We loved the solitude! Some things to keep in mind: - You absolutely need to rent a golf cart/some sort of transportation. The villas are about 6 miles from the city center, but we rented the golf carts and it took around 25-30 minutes each way. It is not too expensive, and Mark (who lent us the carts) was extremely helpful and responsive when we had some issues with the rental. - Mosquitoes are truly awful on the entrance side of the property (not the beach side). You MUST bring repellent and have it on you when you arrive. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay!

The W/D was SO useful and the bed sooo comfy. This place is unbelievable, definitely will be back, honestly almost about to make this place a bi monthly stop. Do yourself a favor and book this place.

This place was beautiful! Our host was super helpful and checked on us every day, which was nice. The suite was large and had wonderful amenities! We had the incredible comfortable beds and pillows as well. Everything was clean and well decorated. It’s a little far if you’re wanting to party downtown, but if you’re looking for a quite place away from downtown with a gorgeous ocean view -this location is perfect! We will for sure book again in the future!

Están realmente equipados al departamento no le hace falta nada! Con un gusto muy refinado cuida los más mínimos detalles y limpio Michaela hizo de nuestra estancia única , estuvo muy al pendiente de nuestras necesidades muchas gracias!!!
