Welcome to Unit 310!

Everything you need for a great stay is here. Third floor one bedroom condo featuring 1 king bed and a sleeper sofa to sleep 4 total. including children. There are 2 Smart TV's and DVD/VCR in living and bedroom. This unit over-looks the shuffleboard court with a lovely view of the ocean and pools from the balcony. The coin operated washer and dryer is in the laundry room right around the corner.

Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided at the owner's discretion. There is a coin operated washer and dryer on every floor.

New Smyrna Beach

Hacienda Del Sol 2 is a wonderful property if you are looking to stay right on the no drive part of New Smyrna Beach. The property itself was very well maintained and very clean. Condo was clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Condo had beautiful views of the ocean and was close to lots of yummy restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. Wonderful vacation!
