Welcome to Unit 301!

Important Information Regarding Beach Restoration
Thank you for considering a stay with us.
Beach restoration is currently underway in our area. This necessary project is designed to improve our coastline, but it brings some temporary changes to our beach experience.
What to Expect:
You may see, hear, and feel vibrations from heavy machinery (bulldozers, pipes) on the beach, especially during business hours. We believe in transparency and want to ensure you have all the information to decide if this is the right time for your visit. While the work is intended to be completed behind our complex by April 10th, there still may be work being done south of us. As a result, last minute bookings are discounted during this time and reflected in the rate shown.

3rd floor over the courtyard with a beautiful view, this condo sleeps 3 with all you need for a beach vacation. There is a sectional sofa for a 2nd sleeping area. The fully equipped kitchen, sofa in living room and king bed in master bedroom is a traveler's home away from home.

Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided.

Perfect for a stay in New Smyrna!

The condo is clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed. Great location, it’s easy to everywhere! The office manger Cate was kind and helpful. There are activities for residents. A pizza night was fun to meet people.

Nice beach stay

We enjoyed a quiet holiday getaway at Hacienda Del Sol II Unit 301. Cate was quick to respond with our few questions. The unit actually has a key rather than keypad entry but Cate was able to still provide a contactless check-in by knowing when we would arrive and unlocking it in advance. The kitchen was adequately stocked and the bed was very comfortable (we did not test out the bonus twin in the small room). The corner unit had nice morning sun in the bedroom. There is coin laundry on the floor but the dryer on the 3rd floor was out of service so we never used. The beach was wonderful. We would book directly with Hacienda and stay again.
