Family villa in Siusi (Castelrotto), isolated in the woods 5 minutes from the town with private access passage to the cableway for the Alpe di Siusi. Furnished with period furniture. Excellent for large families or groups.
Spaces description: Ground floor: lounge, a complete kitchen, dining room with table for 12 people, toilet and children's space/working table.
First floor: 4 doubles bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Second floor: 1 room with 5 beds (2 bunk beds), 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom, bathroom with bath tub. There are two camp beds available in case of need.In the basement live a family of reliable and collaborative house keepers.

Beautiful house in unbeatable location

We spent a week with four families (8 adults and 8 kids) and enjoyed it big time. The house is full of history and character. 200m next to the lift which brings you up the mountain. We would definitely go there again. Matthias

Tolle Unterkunft mitten im Wald gelegen

Wir haben dieses Jahr unseren Winterurlaub in dieser schönen alten Villa verbracht. Unsere Reisegruppe bestand aus vier Familien mit Kindern und es war wirklich mehr als ausreichend Platz für alle. Die Einrichtung ist teilweise schon etwas älter, was aber definitv auch zum Charme des Hauses beiträgt.Die Talstation der Liftanlage ist fußläufig durch den Garten des Anwesens erreichbar.Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub und dazu hat auch diese tolle Unterkunft zu beigetragen!

Großzügiges und gemütliches Haus in Alleinlage

Wir hatten eine super schöne Zeit mit der Familie. Es ist sehr viel Platz in dem urigen, großen Haus, so dass man gemeinsam Zeit verbringen, aber sich auch problemlos zurückziehen kann. Der Ausblick auf die Berge ist toll! Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Skilift und Dorf sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Haus und Grundstücke haben eine super Atmosphäre. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Het is een groot, oud en heel sfeervol huis op een werkelijk fantastische locatie. Je loopt in een paar minuten naar de gondel en naar het dorp. Bedden zijn prima. Boilers hebben soms iets te weinig capaciteit. Onze familie heeft er een heerlijke week gehad!

großes Anwesen in Seis

Gesamteindruck des Hauses ist gut. Das Haus ist sehr groß und auch wenn es ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen ist, haben wir den Urlaub genossen. Man muss auch sagen, dass die Fotos auf FeWo nicht gut sind und das Haus in echt viel einladender und heller/sonniger ist. Auf der Sonnenterrasse hat man einen herrlichen Blick in Richtung Westen und kann tolle Sonenuntergänge genießen. Das gesamte Arreal ist riesig und bietet gerade Familien zahlreiche Möglichkeiten. Vom Haus kommt man direkt über eine Wiese zur Seiser Alm Bahn, was schon sehr praktisch gewesen ist. Auch zu Fuß in den Ort zu gehen, stellt kein Problem dar. Die Betten und Bäder sind nicht neu, aber es war schon in Ordnung. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Stabmixer, Flotte Lotte, zahlreiche Töpfe und Pfannen sind vorhanden und es ist genügend Möglichkeiten vorhanden, um auch eine größere Gruppe bewirten zu könen. Das ist wirklich super. Einzig die Spülkraft der Spülmaschine muss bemängelt werden. Ohne Vorspülung hat selbige das dreckige Geschirr nicht immer optimal gereinigt. Insgesamt kann man das Haus aber empfehlen, da das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt!

Tolle Ski-Ferien

Sehr gut für eine große Gruppe ausgestattet. Sehr gemütlich, mit vielen schönen Details eingerichtet. Einige in der Gruppe fanden die Matratzen etwas zu weich. Die Lage ist perfekt, die Gondel kann in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreicht werden wie auch die Ortschaft. Wir hatten tolle Ski-Ferien.

Excellent house for large group in super location

We were two families with children plus grandparents and had a fabulous Christmas week in the house. It is very spacious and in an excellent location, both to the village as well as to the skiing. The house has many rooms and everything one needs for everyday cooking and having a great time.

Fur unsere Familie war es ein ausgezeichneter Aufenthalt.

Ein alte, aber gut eingerichtete Haus im Wald. In der Nähe des Dorfes und direkt neven die Seilbaan. Ein schöne kuchen mit allerlei kuchennutensilien. Nur knarrende Treppe im Haus mit geschichte. Elnen schönes Urlaub fur und alle.

hervorragende, praktische Unterkunft, in wunderbarer Landschaft und liebevollen kleinen Details

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche und haben die Unterkunft, mit sehr praktischer Ausgestattung und wunderbaren historischen Details, sehr genossen. Die Lage ist wunderbar mit imposantem Blick und Abendsonne auf 2 von 4 Terrassen. bis zur Seilbahn "Seiseralm" geht es zu Fuß in 2 Min. Einkaufen ist super und das Essen in der Region ist sehr köstlich. Selbst für 14 Personen ist das Haus groß und geräumig und Dank der zahlreichen Bäder gab es fast keine Staus beim duschen. Der Vermieter hat uns bestens betreut und viele hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Dafür vielen Dank. Wir hoffen das schöne Ambiente, des Hauses und der Lage bald wieder genießen zu können. Wolfram

Mooi rustig gelegen gedateerd huis

Het is een rustig gelegen ouderwets huis. Wij hebben er met 14 personen een week doorgebracht. Ideaal is de loopafstand tot de lift. Een nadeel is dat het huis bij strenge vorst niet behaaglijk warm is te krijgen. Ook het aantal boilers is niet voldoende voor 14 personen douchen na het skiën. En de stoppen springen er zeer regelmatig uit door de boilers die je dan bij de onderburen weer moet resetten (lastig als deze dan al slapen). Maar als je eisen niet al te hoog zijn is het een prima huis.

Comoda e perfetta per le famiglie

Abbiamo trascorso in questa casa la prima settimana del 2018, è stato un modo fantastico di iniziare l'anno! Eravamo 4 famiglie per un totale di 8 adulti e 8 bambini, gli spazi sono talmente ampi che consentono una piacevole e serena convivenza. In cucina si può collaborare senza prestarsi i piedi... sala, salotto e altro consentono a bambini e adulti di divertirsi senza disturbarsi pur rimanendo vicini. Impareggiabile poter andare a sciare senza prendere l'auto! Posto incantevole, speriamo di poterci tornare anche in altre stagioni!

Cooles Gruppenhaus für eine grössere Gruppe

Wir haben die Zeit in Seis sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und auch eine grössere Gruppe (wir waren 11 Erwachsene und 6 Kinder) verteilt sich gut. Die Umgebung ist sowieso top! Die Betten sind zum Teilweise recht weich; einige von uns zogen es dann vor, die Matratze direkt auf den Boden zu legen. Die Küche hat alles, was man braucht - aber man muss es zuerst finden. Einmal aufräumen und die Hälfte entsorgen wäre keine schlechte Idee.

Schöne ruhige Lage und trotzdem nah zum Zentrum und zur Seilbahn

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Vorallem die moderne Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Zudem liegt die Wohnung sehr schön im Wald und ist trotzdem sehr nahe zum Zentrum und zur Seilbahn. Insgesamt hatten wir eine sehr schöne Woche

Wundrschön gelegene Villa mit viel Platz

Das Haus hat hervorragend gepasst. Viel Platz für unsere Gruppe. Gut eingerichtete und gemütliche Küche. Die vielen Badezimmer waren für eine große skifahrende Gruppe super! Zur Gondel wirklich nur ein paar Meter zu Fuß. Wir können das Haus nur Weiterempfehlen.

Siamo stati benissimo!

Per Capodanno 2017 abbiamo organizzato una riunione di famiglia in questa casa. Eravamo 12 adulti e 6 bambini. Ogni nucleo famigliare ha potuto occupare una stanza a sè = privacy. È possibile far aggiungere brande. Nella sala da pranzo c'era posto per tutti quanti. La cucina è fornita di grandi pentole e padelle = abbiamo potuto cucinare e mangiare tutti insieme. Intorno alla casa ci sono giochi per i bambini e un bosco = tanto divertimento. La casa è vicinissima alla funivia e al centro del paese. Nel seminterrato abitano i custodi, sempre pronti ad aiutare gli ospiti in caso di bisogno: es. per sostituzione bombola del gas. Il proprietario è disponibilissimo e risponde subito in caso di domande. Unica nota negativa: l'aria in casa era molto secca. In caso di persone sensibili, è bene munirsi di inalatore o simili.
