Newly remodeled top floor unit- Monthly rental

Newly remodeled top floor unit with 2 balconies. One balcony looks out to the pool, 2 spas, 2 tennis courts and 180 degree mountain view. Easy walking to Downtown Palm Springs, the Spa Casino, Art Museums, Restaurants, etc.... The bedroom can be either two twin extra long beds or one king size bed, whichever you prefer. The well equipped kitchen has all the standards including a blender, toaster, instant hot water heater, drip coffee maker and a French Press.

My apologies but VRBO has removed many of my pics because they included posters or artwork with borders. They refuse to tell me why. That is why many bedroom and living room pics are gone. Again, my apologies.

Cancellation Policy: Cancelling 0-90 days before occupancy-50% refund, Cancelling prior to 90 days before occupancy- 80% refund. Thank you.
This unit is only available for rentals from 30 days to 3 months maximum. Thanks!

Relaxing time at the Biarritz

Excellent location as everything needed (restaurants, bars, grocery store) is in walking distance. Nice pool area with hot tubs. There was also ample lounge chairs beside the pool so never a problem getting one at any time of day. Highly recommend and would most definitely return.

Palm Springs Mountain View Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bill’s condo. He met us upon arrival and showed us around. A great location with a 10 minute walk to downtown Palm Springs. We enjoyed the two balconies, one with a beautiful view of the mountains and the pool area. The condo was clean, well stocked and had a comfortable bed. Looking forward to staying there again next year!

Great Place in the Desert

We loved our stay here. William was the perfect host. His place is very comfortable and within walking distance to dining, shopping, groceries, hiking, most everything. William doesn’t have many reviews, but rest assured, you will enjoy his apartment in Palm Springs.
