This condo is on the 2nd floor and has an incredible 180 degree south-facing mountain and valley view from a large deck that provides the perfect outdoor lounging space. The interior is light and bright and features two Master bedrooms with en-suite bath, wood laminate flooring throughout, remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, new appliances, a flat screen Smart TV in each room, and is furnished in a beautiful 'Danish Modern' design. Located in the popular Canyon Country Club Estados, you will be in a very walkable and bike-friendly area with iconic Mid-century and Mediterranean style architecture set against beautiful canyon scenery. You will also be in close distance to all conveniences at the Smoke Tree shopping center. The complex offers guests 3 pools, 4 spas, 2 saunas, tennis (with lights) and pickleball courts, and a clubhouse with fitness room, ping-pong and pool tables. Community bicycle storage is available. The condo has a mini washer/dryer combo for small loads, and 3 coin laundries on-site. 30-night minimum stay.
