Beautifully Newly Remodeled Townhouse with Ocean Views - Steps away from beach!

This townhouse is fully furnished with 3 TVs, stove, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, refrigerator. Summerhouse has 4 heated pools, 6 lighted tennis courts, 4 lighted racquetball courts, a playground, basketball hoop, horseshoes, and small boat parking. Beautiful setting where you can enjoy nature, sea turtles, tortoises and maybe even a dolphin in the ocean.

Summerhouse has been recently completely remodeled and new furniture. The living area has comfortable furniture with 55" SMART TV and a balcony with beautiful view of the ocean. Kitchen is fully equipped, everything you need to cook a homemade meal or just enjoy take out. Half bathroom also located on the first floor for your convenience.

Upstairs you will find a comfortable master bedroom with king size bed and an en suite bath. Enjoy a Large SMART TV or just sit in a comfy chair and read a book while enjoying heavenly views. There is also a desk and comfortable chair.

The guest bedroom has a full bed with a trundle twin bed. It is equipped with a SMART TV and beautiful views of the Intracoastal.

Also upstairs you will find a completely renovated quest bathroom. Washer/dryer are conveniently located upstairs.

Wonderful vacation

My family had a great time visiting the St. Augustine area. The townhouse had just what our family of four needed. We enjoyed the pool and easy walk to the beach daily. We also found many sites to visit in St. Augustine and local state parks. The Fountain of Youth and beach at the state park just 5- 10 minutes south were favorites.

Great vacation spot!

The condo is nicely decorated,, close to beach, fresh and clean. All appliances and plumbing worked perfectly, unlike some other places on the same compound.

A great spot at summerhouse

Really thrilled with this property. We have stayed at many Summerhouse condos over the past 10 years and this was a breath of fresh air. Appreciated the easy airy decor, minimal but everything that is needed was there. We Will definitely stay again!

Why they chose this property

This is our beach home, we love it and hope you do as well. It is a tranquil place, close enough to the Ancient City that you can take a short drive or Uber but far enough that you can rest in a peaceful place.
