Alerio is a beautiful condominium located in the heart of Miramar Beach, the complex is directly across the street from the sandy white beach. With on-site community amenities that include gated entry, a sparkling blue swimming pool and hot tub, a grill area, the entire family will enjoy a memorable beach vacation! Beach access is conveniently located directly across the street. The area's best boutique and outlet shopping is just around the corner along with a wide variety of restaurants and eateries. Boating, fishing, water parks, golfing, night life and entertainment are all nearby.

A few details... warm coastal decor, hardwood floors, a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, a walk out patio, and plenty of comfy seating make this vacation condo the perfect spot for relaxation. With two bedrooms (king, queen), a queen sleeper sofa, and two full bathrooms, the property easily accommodates six guests. There is a stackable washer/dryer, and WIFI is complimentary. Gated entry, and keyless front door access make checking in a breeze!

***There is only ONE parking pass allowed per unit - complex management rules, no exceptions. Close-by, off-site pay to park is available at Geronimo RV Park of Miramar Beach (0.4 mile). Guests will need to contact GRVP for their availability and pricing.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

Overall nice property. We had one small issue when checking in and property manager followed up quickly and offered solutions. Short walk to beach.

Good Spot - Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are big fans of the Alerio property. This was our third time in the complex and second time in this unit. It's a decent place to stay but shows some wear. The couches in the unit are very well-used and are no longer comfortable. The kitchen pot and pans have loose handles and need to be updated. Outside of those two things, we enjoyed our stay. The bed in the master is very comfortable, and we slept well. Access to the beach is outstanding for the price.

Great Location, BUT

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was are second stay at this unit which is very nice, however it was not clean. The floors were very dirty and not swept under the rugs. The couch and love seat are old and falling apart. A little disappointed for the money I spent.

Place is. Ice my kids loved it ! The only thing that bother us as a family is that the remote o. All the tv’s did not work and we had to call to get that going for us and still we weren’t able to watch nothing

Great location and value. This unit is furnished nice and has most of what you need but needs some extra cleaning. Walls are extremely dirty, bathtub was still dirty with some cleaning powder residue, couches dirty and worn out. Community hot tub was not hot, in fact cooler than pool. Remotes didn’t work on some tvs, batteries missing. Whole community needs a little extra attention. Was big perfect size and value for 2 couples.
