The guest bedroom includes two twin beds, generous storage, and access to a separate full bathroom. A sleeper sofa in the living room allows the condo to comfortably accommodate up to six guests. There are exterior stairs for the unit entry. Guests must sign a Rental Agreement that will be emailed to them and provide a copy of each guests drivers license per stay.Guests must purchase a parking pass of $10 per vehicle required by Seascape Resort to park on the resort. Each vehicle is required to show the pass on the dashboard. Please let us know how many car passes will be needed. Golf carts can be rented from outside rental companies but guests must purchase an additional parking pass to display on the golf cart during their stay. Guests WILL be fined if the cart does not have this pass displayed on it by the HOA. All guest must abide by all home and HOA rules. No Smoking. Violators will be charged a fine of $500.
