The studio of 25 m2, located on the ground floor of villa, with a paved terrace of 35 m2 between shade and sun, is perfect for a holiday of true relaxation.
The view overlooks the orchard and the terrace is lined with wooden trellises and climbing plants. Table and chairs in wood and serving for an electric barbecue, for your grilling in the open air. Deck chairs.
Table tennis and ping-pong rackets are available.

From the terrace, a small step and you enter the studio, furnished with light pine and tiled floor of red sandstone.
The kitchen area is very close to the entrance; well located to serve your meals on the terrace, it also has its table and chairs in blond pine. Functional and practical, well equipped: microwave, coffee maker, kettle and electric toaster ... Fridge top table with freezer.

Storage spaces occupy a whole wall: shelves, corner secretary with flap, wardrobe with wardrobe ... Flat screen TV on a trolley.

The straw-colored tiled bathroom includes a hip bath equipped with a shower, a washbasin, bidet and WC, plus the washing machine and a hairdryer for your comfort.

Access to the villa is closed by a large wrought iron gate, parking is inside the property, nearby.
Your pets are welcome at the villa Alba Dolce! The property is fully fenced for their safety.

The villa Alba Dolce awaits you to make you discover Calvi in its best light: the serenity of a residential area to rest, but only 1.5 km from the shops and entertainment of Calvi and its beach.

We will be able to advise you to discover the most beautiful places of nature of the surroundings, the hiking trails, the hidden creeks, the torrents of pure water where you refresh the hot summer days ... We were born here, in Calvi, and we we will be happy to share this knowledge of our beautiful region of Balagne, during our personalized welcome.

RATES - SERVICES:
From 340 € the week.
Prices include: spring water, electricity, gas, tourist tax.
Degressive prices are offered for periods of 2, 3 or more weeks.

Bed linen is available for rent: 20 € per bed, including 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet, 1 pillowcase and 2 pillowcases, pure cotton.

Towels and bath towels are also available if you wish (15 € per game per person: 2 towels + 1 bath towel pure cotton).

We can offer a final cleaning service fee, so you avoid any hassle (in case of early departure, for example). Cost: 60 €.

The reservation is done with payment of deposit of 30% of the hiring.
On arrival, in addition to the payment of the balance, provide a deposit of 300 €. It will be returned to you before your departure, after inventory.

Arrivals and departures are usually on Saturday or Sunday, especially in high and high season. Reception from 15H, departure before 11H.
