Facing south, the house has a surface of 160m2 on a property of 2300m2 not overlooked, with unobstructed views of Nimes, the Pic Saint Loup, Mont Aigoual, Mont Lozère and Mont Ventoux.

For the leisure of young and old: a wooden cabin with slide and ladder, a boules pitch with lighting, a ping pong table.

With its two terraces (one north and one south) you can enjoy your meals wherever you want.

In the shelter of the pool house, you can enjoy your cocktails at the bar while grilling over a wood fire or gas griddle.

Enjoy the salt pool of 6.5 x 3.5 m with large wooden beach of 70 m2, deck chairs, wooden bench,
local pool with shower + wc + basin.

Private parking of several vehicles, easy access.

Located in the area of the small Camargue, Beauvoisin is a small village near Nimes in the Gard region Occitanie.
With a supermarket 5 minutes, you will find in the village center a bakery, a hairdresser, a pharmacy, a bar, doctors, some shops ....

The sea is 30 minutes away (Grau du Roi, Espiguette beach, Camargue port, the big mound, the saints Marie of the Sea ...), Seaquarium.
Aigues mortes and its ramparts, Uzes and its market, the Pont du Gard,
For the river, the Gardon in Collias, the Baume in Poulx, the Hérault in Saint Guilhem le Désert: many visits to make a 30 minutes drive.
