Five minutes from the beautiful old village of Mougins and just 15 minutes from the lively city of Cannes.
It has a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a garden with covered pergola and of course a barbecue / plancha and a swimming pool.
The house is well located, close to the beach and mountains; less than half an hour from Nice Airport and 50 minutes from the iconic city of Monaco / Montecarlo.
