Located in Valbonne, very pleasant charming villa, in absolute calm. Close to Cannes (10km), Antibes (12km), and Nice airport 20km. Many golf courses nearby.
The house has 3 spacious bedrooms, a shower room and a bathroom, 2 toilets. A large living room, with fireplace, TV room, dining room, wifi internet access, a fully equipped open kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine...).
It is air-conditioned, on one level, tastefully furnished and fully equipped for the comfort of your holidays. All rooms access the very pleasant garden with olive trees, a swimming pool heated to 28° (11mx4m), deckchairs, and garden furniture. Magnificent outdoor spaces facing South/East and West allowing you to take full advantage of the sheltered wooden terraces, with barbecue-plancha - large table for lunch and dinner outside. Swimming pool, garden and terraces illuminated in the evening. Carport for 2 cars and parking for 2 other cars -
Close to the picturesque village of Valbonne, very lively in summer. It is possible to reach it on foot or by car (1 km). Many restaurants nearby.
Price between 400€ and 500 € per day for 6 people. Minimum rental 1 week. Possibility to arrive on Friday/Saturday or Sunday.

We had a lovely time here. It’s a great space and well located to explore nearby Valbonne and Cannes, Antibes etc. on the coast. Nathalie was very helpful and the holiday was totally trouble free.

Great family home!

We were greeted by lovely, Teresa and felt welcome right away. The house, gardens and outdoor living were wonderful for our family. The house is lived in so it is not pristine but we loved our time here and enjoyed the outdoors the most. We especially loved our nights in Valbonne. What a lovely village, only a short drive away. Excellent food choices all around. Nathalie's home was close to many wonderful places and the beaches too. We especially loved her recommendation for Mougins! Thank you!

Charmante villa au calme où les prestations en extérieur sont impeccables

Nathalie nous a parfaitement accueilli dans sa villa qui est faite pour vivre à l'extérieur: piscine, coins détente bien agréables, terrasse ombragée très confortable. Le tout est au calme et à quelques encablures des plus beaux villages de l'arrière-pays ou des plages, au choix !

Anne Cécile et Jean François sont des locataires exceptionnels, ils ont pris soin de la maison et du jardin. Pour préparer leur venue nous avons échangé par mails et téléphone avec beaucoup de facilité. Toute la famille est sympathique et agréable. Je les recommande vivement.
