Tout s’est bien passé mais il manque de commodités aux alentours - le propriétaire est envahissant, il passe tous les jours . Je souhaite plus d’indépendance lors d’une location de vacances

Belle maison avec grande piscine

Nous avons passé 5 jours au top , la maison est un peu dure à trouver mais le propriétaire est venu nous chercher très rapidement, seul chose à changer, les lits qui grince . On y retournera pour accueillir la famille. Merci

Vous pouvez y aller "les yeux fermés" !

Très bon séjour à la villa Eucalypto. Le propriétaire est venu nous chercher à 1 km de la maison, assez difficile à trouver, car dans un chemin de terre. En pleine campagne, tout en étant proche de la mer : calme, repos, baignade, confort : tout y est pour passer un bon séjour. 4 chambres, 3 salles de bain, 3 WC, une belle cuisine bien équipée. Terrasses pour petit déjeuner et déjeuner à l'ombre, barbecue. Piscine non chauffée, propre et assez grande. Une voiture est indispensable pour aller en courses, au restaurant, à la plage. La région est vallonnée, les routes peu ombragées pour la marche ! Le propriétaire est très disponible et parle français : il a répondu très vite à nos demandes qui ont été peu nombreuses. A noter qu'il n'y a pas de climatisation, ni serviettes de plage. Adresse à conserver pour revenir dans la région.

Beautiful quiet surroundings perfect for relaxing break

We had a fabulous holiday - great fun at pool, nice family BBQ. Owner went over and above to make us welcome. Would highly recommend if you want a peaceful, private location. Need a car for travelling further afield but Carveiro only taxi journey away and not that expensive.

Schöne Villa, leider nicht so wie beschrieben

Vorweg, Haus und Grundstück sehen genau so aus wie auf den Fotos. Wir haben uns auch wohl gefühlt. Das Grundstück ist schön angelegt. Plus: -der Pool ist schön groß und hat den Namen Pool verdient. Er wird unauffällig ein Mal in der Woche in den frühen Morgenstunden gereinigt -der Vermieter ist sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit - das Haus wurde 2xin der Woche gerreinigt und Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurden getauscht -mein Mann sagt der Grill ist top -schöne ruhige Lage, gepflegtes Grundstück -anders als beschrieben gibt es eine Geschirrspülmaschine - gute Raumaufteilung Schwachpunkte -die beschriebene Klimaanlage ist nicht vorhanden. Statt dessen gab es in den Schlafzimmern ziemlich alte, laute Ventilatoren, uns waren sie zu laut zum schlafen -die Wc's und das laufende Wasser werden mit einer Pumpe betrieben, die sehr laut ist und sich nach jedem Toilettengang, Hände waschen und Duschen einschaltet und laute Geräusche von sich gibt. Auch Nachts, das haben wir als sehr störend empfunden, da die Pumpe so laut ist, dass man davon wach wird, bzw nicht einschlafen kann -die Matratzen in drei von vier Zimmern sind sehr unbequem und man hat das Gefühl auf den Sprungfedern zu liegen, was zwar nicht den Schlaf, aber Rückenschmerzen fördert - das eine Bett in dem oberen Zimmer mit Kamin hat bei jedem umdrehen so laute Geräusche gemacht, dass man im Nebenzimmer wach wurde. Hier hat auch die Tür bei jedem Luftzug laut geklappert. Aufgrund der fehlenden Klimaanlage war es jedoch notwendig die Fenster zu öffnen, was für Luftzug und klappern sorgte. -ein Fön ist anders als beschrieben nicht vorhanden -das Meer ist deutlich mehr als 500 mtr entfernt, zum nächsten Badestrand sind es zu Fuß bestimmt 2 km. -alle Badesachen haben sich in dem Pool verfärbt, alles was weiß war, war hinterher gelb Allgemeines Ein Restaurant liegt zu Fuß erreichbar in der Nähe des Hauses. Das Antoninos, auch wenn es von außen vielleicht nicht so einladend aussieht, ist die Küche gut und der Service sehr freundlich. Bei dem Internet im Haus handelt es sich um Satelitteninternet dessen Kapazität begrenzt ist. Fazit Schöne Villa, sehr freundlicher Vermieter. Aber leider mangelnde Schlafqualität.
