Welcome to our charming two-floor townhouse-style condo located in the heart of Stowe, Vermont. Nestled on 31 acres of picturesque open space just off Mountain Road (RT 108), this idyllic retreat offers a serene escape for your vacation.
During the winter months, indulge in the magic of the snowy wonderland as you snowshoe or cross-country ski right from your doorstep onto the expansive community property. With the Stowe ski area just minutes away and Sugarbush within easy reach, this location is a dream for winter sports enthusiasts.
Featuring two inviting bedrooms and two full bathrooms, our condo provides ample space for your comfort. Additionally, the full-size couch downstairs can be transformed into a bed, accommodating up to six guests. The condo also has air conditioning throughout for summer months.
As our guest, you'll have access to a range of amenities designed to enhance your stay. Enjoy a game of tennis on our well-maintained courts, or unwind in style by lounging beside the indoor or outdoor pools, complete with complimentary pool towels provided in your unit. Our dedicated host is your primary point of contact and will be happy to assist you with any inquiries, concerns, or requests you may have during your stay.
This condo is located in the Village Green at Stowe community. This is a small, comfortable condominium complex located just off the Mountain Road. Guests will have access to all of the year-round communities amenities. Go for a quick walk and you can find yourself on the Stowe Recreation Path or at the Stowe Country Club. If you prefer to stay on property, we have plenty of open, grassy areas or you can enjoy the resort amenities available on-site. At the back of the office building, you'll find our Recreation area. Here we offer an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, pool table and game room year-round. Seasonally you can enjoy the outdoor pool and tennis/pickleball courts.
When you pull into the Village Green main entrance, Building 14 will be past the office building, on your right. Each unit is limited to two passenger vehicles each. If you're traveling with a larger vehicle (RV, commercial van, etc.), please reach out and we can make accommodations for you to park behind the office building.
The indoor pool, hot tub and rec facilities are located in the office building. These can be accessed from 9am to 9pm by walking up to the office and taking the covered deck around to the back of the building.

Why they chose this property
Stowe is awesome, in all four seasons. I used to work in Stowe as a ski bum in my early 20s, and could not wait to come back and buy this condo. Condo is minutes to the mountain, minutes from the center of Stowe, and close to many of the best restaurants and breweries.
What makes this property unique
Village Green is awesome. They offer full housekeeping, maintenance and manage a nice condo association, but also operate a beautiful resort.
