Cabo Gaviotas Condo is a great choice to vacation, consist of 6 apartments, each one on its own floor, parking space, 2 bedrooms, one includes a King Size bed and the second room 2 individual beds, 2 complete bathrooms, beautiful living room and dining room, 3 mini splits, equipped kitchen with a service patio and a shared pool on the terrace.
Good location 2 blocks from the Marina, very quiet at night. Everything can be reached on foot like groceries, bars and restaurants. Ample choices of restaurants in La Cruz and many more in Bucerias close by. Fish market 2 blocks away, had fresh fish several times.
Make sure to check out the Sunday market in the Marina.
