Our detached house is located in Old Nice in front of the sea.

It has 6 bedrooms (1 single bedroom, 2 double bedrooms, 1 baby / child bedroom, 1 quadruple bedroom and 1 triple bedroom), 3 bathrooms, a living-dining room with sea view, a balcony with sea view, a terrace and fully equipped kitchen (oven, electric hob, fridge, espresso machine, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle).

Everything is nearby as restaurants, bus stops, the main attractions of the city (flower market, Chateau park, theaters, museums, ...)

We have a TV in the living room and in the two double bedrooms.

Wifi is available throughout the house.

A brilliant find

This was a great property , location was excellent, the views from the house were breathtaking, very near to shops and the flower market , a short walk to the bus terminus , where you can travel to Monaco and beyond . The house is very well equipped and large enough that you are not on top of each other , we had a wonderful stay and would love to stay again

Great location, but . . .

Great location and view of Mediterranean. However, no one met us or sent us instructions on how to get into the apartment or how to get wi-fi. Scant towels, uncomfortable beds, no paper towels, etc. In the end we were satisfied because of the accessibility to Old Town. Too expensive for what was provided.

Hello, Sorry if you have a bad stay We send you few messages on Abritel and WhatsApp to ask you at what time you arrive. But you don't give us a response. We can't stay 24h in the house for wait you, we are not an hotel... About the bed, we don't have complain from other guest. We will ask the next guest to know if we have to buy new mattress. We provide you 12 big towels and 8 little towels... If you want better price, we recommend you to don't use Abritel...
