Little Heaven

My Partner, foster son (aged 7) and our friends with their son (aged 12) stayed here for a week. From the moment we stepped through the front everything was great. Such a perfect space for the 6 of us but would have comfortably fitted 10. We made great use of the pool and all the house to offered. A very well equipped kitchen, (perfect for making Lovely dinners to enjoy eating on one of the two lovely terraces. We really can’t rate this place enough, it was the perfect place in the perfect area for us and suited all of our needs as two families wanting to enjoy some quality and fun times together. Our Host was super lovely and communication was great. Nothing was too trouble whenever we had questions. Even recommended places to visit and eat. Myself and friends would definitely stay here again and would recommend anyone reading these reviews to do the same. Thank you so much for allowing us to rent your beautiful home.

Amazing house and amazing hosts

The house is truly a lovely family home and we felt immediately welcome here. As a family of 5 (3 teenagers) we enjoyed a wonderful, relaxing 2 week break, the swimming pool and air conditioning were invaluable as it was around 30 degrees everyday. The house was very clean and very well equipped, in particular the kitchen. Matt and Danielle were lovely, caring hosts and really wanted to make our stay enjoyable. It's a short drive or bus and tram ride into Nice, or if you don't mind the heat, you can walk it! We would highly recommend this villa for its location, swimming pool, air conditioning and amazing hosts. It's truly a wonderful place to get away from it all but not too far to find some galleries, museums, water-sports and restaurants.

Enttäuschung

Wir waren vom 31.07 - 11.08.2023 in diesem Haus. Das Haus wurde liebevoll und voller Vorfreude ausgewählt. Besonders haben die Pfanggebühren in Höhe von 1000€ beeindruckt. Anscheinend ist das Haus im Topzuszand, die Besitzer kümmern sich darum und wollen dass es genauso verlassen wird wie es zuvor bezogen wurde, dachten wir. Und nun zum Haus. Das Haus ist in keinem guten Zustand. Die Küche war schmutzig, wir haben alle Oberflächen und Küchenutensilien gewaschen. So begann unser Urlaub. Es riecht muffig in den Zimmern, vor allem in den Kleidersckränken, alles ist übersät mit altem Kram der Besitzer, Fotos, Turnschuhen, Kleidung, alten Geräten, schmutzigen Taschen mit Decken, die anscheinend für kalte Nächte gedacht sind, die aber unangenehm zu berühren sind und anderem Müll. Die Kleiderbügel sind alle unterschiedlich. Alles sieht ekelerrgend aus. Wir haben uns für die am wenigsten riechenden Räume entschieden. Im Babybett waren Silberfische... Es gibt viele unnötige alte Dinge im Haus. Die Atmosphäre ist, als würden dort ältere Menschen leben, die nicht die Kraft haben, für sich selbst zu sorgen. Am Pool gibt es billige schmutzige Sonnenliegen mit schmutzigen Kissen. Der Sonnenschirm ist hingehen groß und neu. Internet am Pool funktioniert nicht. Nun zum Positiven. Wir kamen ein paar Stunden früher als geplant an und durften früher einziehen. Bequeme Matratzen. Und nun zur Hauptsache. Am zweiten Tag fiel die Tür des Kühlschranks ab! Und natürlich stellte sich heraus,

Nice stay

The house was fantastic. We were a family of 5 ( kids 15, 19 and 21). Matt and Danielle were super hosts. We got great joining instructions in advance and tips for places to eat in the area. Matt was in touch regulalry over our 9 day stay. The house is 20 minutes from Nice port. It was spotless and very well equipped. We used the pool a lot. It was a real treat.

Great space to relax!

Lovely villa with private pool was ideal way to relax! Very well equipped and super helpful owner and her representative! Close to Nice and surrounding areas. Very Tight driveway access and set in steep hills but I would stay again! Magnifique!

Merveilleux séjour en famille à la Villa Fleurie

Cette semaine de congés début Août 2022 à la Villa Fleurie a été pour nous un moment privilégié de partage en famille. Le havre de paix que représente cette maison y a beaucoup contribué. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil, la disponibilité et les échanges avec les propriétaires. Le confort, les prestations de grande qualité et la localisation géographique de la maison ont également contribué à rendre le séjour très agréable.

Très jolie villa familiale

Nous avons séjourné 8 jours dans la villa. Matthieu a été très sympathique et très disponible. La villa est encore plus jolie que sur les photos. La piscine est très agréable et a bcp plus aux enfants. Nous avons apprécié la Clim dans les 3 chambres. Je recommande vivement cette villa pour un séjour en famille

On a aimé : - l'accueil par la propriétaire - la piscine refaite à neuf cette année - la maison spacieuse - les 2 espaces extérieurs pour manger - la vaisselle largement suffisante pour 10 personnes - le beau jardin très bien entretenu - la localisation : 5 min à pied de la boulangerie, 10 min en vélo des plages, 15 min en voiture d'un centre commercial On a moins aimé (même si c'était annoncé) : l'absence de clim dans la 4è chambre. On n'a pas aimé : rien :-)

Great family in a beautiful home

The home is very well located, close to nice, close to highway to explore region and close to airport. It is very quiet ! The house is very big and had everything and more than what we needed. The garden was the most beautiful thing . Only negative points were that the house wasn’t extremely clean (bins, under The bed etc) and that there were too many mosquitos, all day long, which made staying at the pool impossible. Also the pool is not what is shown in the pictures when booking. Nonetheless the house is beautiful and very confident for a family holiday. Danielle was also very easily joinable via email and phone which was very helpful ! Thank you Danielle!

Perfect house and host for big family

We were a group of 8 adults, 4 children and a baby and we had a great holiday in this house. The house was really spacius, there was room for everyone, the pool was great for kids. The garden was so beautiful, we liked to spend most of our time there. Danielle was kind-hearted and helpful host, she took care of everything we needed and kept good communication during our stay. Beautiful, clean, spacious, all round super family accommodation

Our family of 6 adults 6 children enjoyed a wonderful 2 week vacation here in August. There is plenty of room for the children to run around. The pool was invaluable and made the holiday. Easy to get into Nice. The local shops were very welcoming too. Danielle and her family are so friendly and we wouldn't hesitate to come here again

SEJOUR PARFAIT DANS UNE TRES BELLE VILLA

nous avons passé une semaine parfaite en famille, dans cette superbe villa niçoise. Nous connaissions bien Nice (et son tumulte) mais avons découvert un nouvel aspect de cette ville grâce à cette location: -maison au calme absolu, dans un très beau jardin (parc) -Très beaux volumes de vie, confort parfait -Proximité immédiate du centre ville et de la promenade des anglais. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine et le jardin, vraiment uniques dans ce quartier! Merci encore à Danielle pour son accueil et ses bons conseils pour que notre séjour soit réussi.
