Beautiful sea view and relaxation - All inclusive!

Small apartment (60 sqm.), Inserted in a tourist complex recently built (fraction Birgalavò), with wonderful sea view, about a 3-5 minute drive from the beautiful beaches of Agrustos and Budoni. E 'consists of a double bedroom, a room with three beds (one bunk bed and the third pull-out), living room with sofa double bed, a bathroom with shower. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer, kettle, hairdryer, iron and ironing board ...). Air conditioning in all rooms.
If necessary there is an additional bed for children from 0 to 3-4 years.
Complete the apartment a veranda, garden with outdoor shower (even hot water) and a large private parking, closed by a gate.
The apartment is at ground level compared to the courtyard, below is a basement. Entrance is possible from external staircase (shown here) or the backyard (wheelchair accessible and convenient for those with children in strollers or to download luggage, shopping, etc.). The latter can be accessed from the bedrooms.
The area is very quiet (ideal for relaxation), but at the same time close to all services.


All inclusive!
The rates include all consumption of water, gas, electricity, bed linen and towels and detergents needed for the first days.


At your disposal (free of charge) beach umbrella, deckchairs and games.

Heerlijk verblijf met alles wat je nodig hebt — aanrader!Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in deze vakantiewoning op Sardinië. De woning is kraaknet en van alle comfort voorzien: het tweepersoonsbed slaapt heerlijk, de airconditioning werkt uitstekend (onmisbaar op warme dagen) en er is zelfs een strandparasol die je mag gebruiken — ideaal voor een ontspannen dagje aan zee.De eigenaars zijn ontzettend hartelijk: attent en vriendelijk, maar altijd discreet. Ze doen er zichtbaar alles aan zodat je je als gast niets tekort voelt komen, zonder ooit opdringerig te zijn. Dat gaf ons meteen een welkom gevoel.Ligging is perfect — volgens ons aan de mooiste kant van Sardinië. Vanuit hier kun je het eiland prima verkennen en binnen korte tijd vind je een reeks prachtige stranden. Het uitzicht op zee is onbetaalbaar; elke ochtend wakker worden met dat panorama blijft bijzonder.Praktisch ook top geregeld: supermarkten en restaurants liggen vlakbij, waardoor boodschappen doen en uit eten gaan heel makkelijk is. Kortom: een comfortabele woning met een geweldige ligging en vriendelijke eigenaren — wij raden deze plek van harte aan en bij een volgend verblijf in Sardinië boeken we onmiddellijk terug ditzelfde verblijf!

Séjour parfait dans un très appartement avec vue mer

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans ce bel appartement très fonctionnel pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants, très propre et très bien équipé. Il ya tout ce qu'il faut, nous n'avons manqué de rien ! Climatisation dans toutes les pièces , bel terrasse avec une très jolie vue sur la mer. Quartier très calme, parfait pour une famille. Francesco et Giuseppina sont très gentils, l'arrivée et le départ ne pouvaient pas mieux se passer. Nous reviendrions avec grand plaisir !

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit wunderbarem Ausblick

Die bisher am besten ausgestattete Ferienwohnung die wir auf Sardinien hatten. Alles sauber, Platz genügend vorhanden, Blick vom Balkon aufs Meer. Die Wohnung liegt in einer kleinen Ortschaft 7 Minuten außerhalb von Budoni am Hang. Einziger Kritikpunkt die Betten waren entweder zu weich oder zu hart, aber da tickt ja jeder anders. Ach ja, Katzen muss man mögen, die besuchen einen gerne auf dem Balkon. Wir mochten die 4 Beiner sehr gerne. Danke Francesco für die schöne Zeit.

Che dire? Una bellissima vacanza in una splendida zona della Nostra amata terra, resa tale anche grazie all’appartamento. Una bellissima casa, in una zona strategica, tranquilla e silenziosa, comoda per raggiungere, in pochissimi minuti di auto, sia Budoni, sia il centro di San Teodoro e le sue bellissime spiagge, ma anche tutti gli altri servizi. Un casa pulitissima, con un arredamento molto ricercato e con una fantastica vista sul mare, dotata di tutti i confort e di tutto l’indispensabile per trascorrere un’ottima vacanza, anche di più rispetto a quello che normalmente si trova in una casa vacanza. La cosa che ci ha colpito di più, oltre alla pulizia, e all’appartamento in generale, molto curato in ogni minimo dettaglio, è sicuramente l’ospitalità e la premura che ci è stata riservata dai proprietari, il signor Francesco e la signora Giuseppina. Due persone splendide, disponibili e molto premurose, che non ci hanno fatto mancare nulla sin dal nostro arrivo. Consigliamo vivamente questa fantastica casa perché noi ci torneremo sicuramente. Anzi non vediamo l’ora di tornare.

Gemütliche, toll ausgestattete Wohnung mit herrlichem Ausblick

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung rundum wohl gefühlt. Sie ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und überaus umfassend ausgestattet mit allem, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Die Begegnung mit den Eigentümern war sehr herzlich und sie waren sehr um unser Wohlbefinden bemüht. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ruhig und trotzdem sind in wenigen Fahrminuten die Stadt Budoni, verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und wunderschöne Strände erreichbar. Vielen Dank für alles - wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit und kommen sehr gerne wieder :-)

Vacanza fine giugno

Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza molto piacevole presso questo appartamento che in tutto rispecchia quanto illustrato da annuncio e foto. Appartamento pulitissimo ,tranquillo , con una dotazione molto superiore a quanto normalmente previsto nelle case vacanza. I proprietari poi si sono dimostrati molto premurosi ed accoglienti. Sicuramente da consigliare!!!!

Gepflegte Wohnung mit toller Aussicht

Lovely place to stay

The accommodation is clean and airy. The view from the balcony is wonderful. So nice to look at while eating or relaxing . Couldn’t have asked for better owners in Francesco & Giuseppina, kept in touch asking us if we enjoying our holiday & if there were any problems. They met us on arrival with homemade cake . And very nice bottle of homemade red wine . They told us about an event that was on in their village, we joined them for it and couldn’t have looked after us any better. If you are looking for somewhere nearby there I’d recommended Porto Ottiolu , nice place to sit and watch the world go by either eating ,drinking or having a gelato. Lots of nice coves and beaches along the coast should you wish to take in the sun. The local restaurant symposium is also worth a visit . Many thanks once again Guiseppina & Francesco. Schöne Ferienwohnung, Blick auf´s Meer, netter Vermieter, perfekter Urlaub!

Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber, perfekt ausgestattet, hat einen großen, zum Objekt gehörenden Parkplatz, in einer schönen Umgebung liegend. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und immer um das Wohlergehen der Gäste bemüht. Es sind mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Umkreis von ca. 2 km vorhanden. Budoni hat einen Traumstrand, der aufgrund des flach abfallenden Wassers auch für Familien geeignet ist. Entfernung mit dem Auto ca. 5 min. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Reisen quer über die Insel. The holiday apartment is clean, equipped perfectly, has a big parking bay belonging to the object, in nice surroundings recumbent. The renters take care very friendly and always around the well-being of the guests. Several shopping possibilities exist in the vicinity of approx. 2 km. Budoni has a dream beach which is suitable on account of the level dropping water also for families. Distance by the car approx. 5 min. Mille grazie per tutto e distinti saluti!

La meravigliosa vista mare, la tranquillità del borgo e soprattutto la disponibilità dei proprietari, attenti a ogni nostra esigenza e allo stesso tempo molto discreti, ci hanno permesso di trascorrere una vacanza spensierata e rilassante. L'appartamento è comodo e dotato di tutti i comfort e la sua posizione è ideale per chi vuole trascorrere una vacanza in tranquillità, ma allo stesso tempo è vicino a tutti i servizi e alle più belle spiagge della zona. Un bel 10 e lode per la pulizia, degna di un hotel a 5 stelle! Speriamo di ritornare il prossimo anno.

In coppia abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per 10 giorni e siamo stati molto soddisfatti: l'appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort, è nuovo, molto ampio, pulito e curato. Si trova, inoltre, in una zona comoda a tutto, poiché i supermercati sono a pochi minuti d'auto e i centri più grossi (Budoni e S. Teodoro) sono altrettanto vicini, ma allo stesso tempo si può godere di tranquillità e di una vista splendida sulla baia di Agrustos. I proprietari, inoltre, si sono dimostrati estremamente gentili, accoglienti e molto rispettosi. Ormai siamo dei veterani della Sardegna, ma quest'anno siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi, non solo dalla struttura, ma anche dal borgo in cui è situata. Nella speranza di poterci soggiornare nuovamente, lo consigliamo di certo e calorosamente.
