Located in a quiet area less than 10 minutes walk from the beach, downtown and shops.
House of 75m2 + veranda of 16m2 opening onto a garden of 100m2 facing south west in which you can enjoy its above ground pool.
45m2 terrace at the front of the house. (possibility to park 2 cars)
Equipped kitchen.
One bedroom with double bed, one with double bed and a third bedroom with 3 single beds. (a bunk bed and a loft bed)
Possibilities extra beds:
- in the common room: sofa bed (BZ 2 people, slatted bed base)
- in the veranda: sofa bed (2 persons)
Baby equipment on request (cot / lounger)
Air conditioning / parking space / 2 bicycles available
Our house is located in a quiet area. However, you can quickly walk to all the activities and summer activities of Palavas: beaches, shops, the port, the carnival, the Redoubt of Palavas, the Lighthouse of the Mediterranean. By bike, the cathedral of Maguelone, the quiet walks by the ponds by bike, the House of Nature, you can access the wildest beaches of the department.
For snow sports enthusiasts: the Kitesurf spot of Villeneuve-les-Maguelone is 5 minutes by bike!
