Great location—easy walking distance to town, restaurants, and shops, and the home offered plenty of space. The home is older and had a noticeable musty smell, and cleanliness was average with quite a bit of dust. One bathroom outlet wasn’t working, and a full-length mirror would be a nice addition. Overall, the homes character, location and space were the highlights.

Plenty of space for our group of four for a weekend. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and ability to walk to town. Appears to be pre-peak season ready. Porch and yard wasn’t cleaned up or ready from the winter months. The house is charming, rustic 1900s, farm style. Kitchen could have been better updated (toaster oven didn’t work) etc.

We love harbor springs and enjoyed a couple nights in this comfortable place. It was close to everything we like to do like shopping in Harbor Springs, skiiing at Nubs Nob and swimming at the local pool.Well maintained, including snow removal on this difficult winter.Excellent communication on very short notice.Highly recommend.

Great weekend getaway

Place was a great value. It was exactly what we were looking for in a weekend getaway. It has all the necessary amenities and the charm of a quaint cottage. If you are looking for lots of TVs and modern upgrades you may want to look elsewhere, but the location and property are perfect for getting to all the local attractions. Check-in Check-out was seamless.

Good Location

The house is located a short walk to Main Street in Harbor Springs. Location was great. House is older, but was set up to easily accommodate our two families who stayed the weekend for a sporting tournament. We did alert the owner to a couple of things that needed attention regarding cleanliness that I’m hoping will be attended to. Overall, it was an okay stay.
