Not only does it offer ski-in/ski out access, but it is also situated in the brand-new Apex community overlooking the Park City Canyons Village. The community is just a short five-minute walk (or ski) to the Canyon Village area, shopping, restaurants and many exciting activities and events.

Within this spacious townhome, you'll enjoy three levels of luxury living space within 2,944 square feet. There are four bedrooms, and four and a half bathrooms, allowing this lavish home to accommodate 11 guests in true luxury.

Upon entering the property through the communal garage, you will step into the mudroom area where you can store your coat and shoes. Just a step up, and you're in the main level where you will be greeted by the open-concept great room, holding the gourmet kitchen, grand living loom, and dining area.

Living Room: Within this large living room, you'll enjoy contemporary mountain furnishings, a cozy gas fireplace and a Smart TV (with a Sonos Soundbar system). The room has an open airy feeling, with vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows (with electric blinds) that bring in the natural light and surrounding mountain views.

Kitchen: The gourmet kitchen space is a dream and features high-end stainless steel appliances, including a Wolf six-burner gas range with a convection oven and a Sub-Zero refrigerator. There are lovely quartz counters, including a center island with seating for three.

Dining Area: Seating for up to eight guests at the unique custom wood plank table and comfortable cushion chairs. Out on the adjacent private deck, you'll find a gas BBQ and a conversation fire table.

Family room (first level): On the lower level, you'll find the family room, which is a terrific gathering spot. The room offers a sectional sofa with ottomans, 85” Smart TV with a Sonos Soundbar, and access to a private patio (private hot tub coming soon!).

Ski Room: Located on the first level as you enter the townhome, is the ski/mud room to store all your equipment. And you can step right out of this room into ski-in/out access right from the patio!

During the winter months, the Canyons Village Connect free shuttle service is offered for this property.
