Be one of the first to stay in this newly constructed beautiful mountain modern condo.

Top floor unit provides exceptional views of Winter Park from every window! Located in the stylish Hideaway Station (Terminal East). Situated just steps off of Main Street Winter Park with easy access to free shuttle buses to the slopes, bike trails that start right outside of the property, easy strolls to restaurants and more.

This condo has all the amenities one needs for an amazing, and relaxing, vacation. With views of the slopes from all the windows, you get to wake up and and fall asleep dreaming of fresh tracks!

Enjoy a cup of cocoa, glass of wine or Colorado craft beer from your private balcony.
And when its time to relax, there is a HUGE 30 person hot tub in the building. Just take the elevator down to the first level (hot tub is located in our building!).

Park your car in the HEATED underground parking garage and take the ELEVATOR to your unit!

The complex is extremely Biker and Dog friendly. There is an indoor Bike and Dog wash station! And, there is indoor bike storage to lock up your bike securely that is equipped with air compressors pumps for your tires.

The location is also perfect for music lovers...only a five minute stroll to the outdoor music venue for all the festivals!!

Restaurants are located just steps from your condo, so just wander out and enjoy the wonderful Winter Park nightlife.

The condo is furnished with top of the line amenities to sleep 6-10 people, from a beautiful gourmet kitchen, to lux linens and top of the line shower/bath room amenities that you would expect from a five star hotel!

We've taken care to put the top of the line technology into the unit as well. With several large screen TVs and music/video streaming throughout the unit.

When its time to relax, there is a HUGE 30 person hot tub in the building. Just take the elevator down to the first level (hot tub is located in our building!).


ROOM OVERVIEWS
1. MASTER BEDROOM: with at 55" OLED TV allows you to stream movies/shows while you fall asleep in the luxurious king size bed. An ensuite bathroom with double vanities, shower, hairdryer, top of the line bathroom amenities and much more!

2. SECOND BEDROOM: features adult queen over queen bunkbeds. (What are 'adult bunkbeds' you ask, they feature an actual staircase vs. a ladder to reach the top bunk) so they are extremely sturdy. If you want more room, it also has queen trundle bed. A full size closet and dresser allow you to unpack and relax.

4. GOURMET KITCHEN: With quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, gas range and custom cabinets is outfitted with professional cookware, flatware, professional knife set, dishes and appliances.

3. DINING ROOM: a beautiful Pottery Barn dining room table, benches and chairs. Amazon Alexa devices are installed throughout the property for music streaming. Table seats 8 with and additional 3 more seats at the kitchen bar.

4. LIVING ROOM: plays host to more spectacular views of the slopes! Or cozy up for a movie on the 65" OLED screen TV. A Restoration Hardware couch with a KING size sleeper provides even more sleeping room.

5. A private balcony with those stunning slope side views has a gas grill, perfect for those nights you decide to stay in vs. taking in some of the amazing Winter Park restaurants

Great weekend getaway!

Location is excellent with access to Winter Park bus system and short drive to anything else one might want to take advantage of ( groceries restaurants shopping, etc.) - Our host couldn’t be more accommodating, and the condo is beautiful and very comfortable for our family!

Very nice, clean property in a great location. Easy to get to the resort by bus stops nearby. We will definitely look to stay here on our next trip to Winter Park. Lisa was very detailed and helpful with recommendations. Everything was great.

Top Notch Condo

Lisa is an amazing host! Place is super clean and beds all are comfy. The place looks brand new. Walking distance to 5 restaurants. The place is fully stocked with high end items and anything you could possible need. One of the best places to stay in Winder Park.

Week long ski trip with the grandkids. Great location and very nicely appointed home. Lisa made the home very comfortable, with a fabulous welcome basket and great communication. Heated parking garage and huge spa were very nice when 10degrees and snowing! Hope to stay again. Summers are so nice in WP!

Winter Park Condo

This condo was perfect for our adult family of 6! We had easy access to ski slopes, snowmobiling, and beautiful walking trails. Lisa's attention to every detail (including a wonderful welcome basket!) was evident, and much appreciated. The underground parking and large hot tub were just icing on the cake! Highly recommend this property, and hope to return again in the future!

Perfect condo for a white Christmas

We couldn’t have asked for a better Christmas vacation. It is centrally located and close to shopping, slopes/trails, and restaurants. The heated garage made for an easy unloading and loading process while keeping the car out of the snow. The condo is fully stocked with everything you could need whether in the kitchen, bedrooms, or bath. Lisa was easy to contact and made sure our stay was perfect. We will definitely be back.

Hands down best rental I’ve stayed in

Lisa’s condo is beautiful with top of the line furnishings. Location was perfect with grocery store, liquor store & restaurants In same parking lot! The hot tub was huge and very relaxing. She has the condo fully stocked with everything you need. Ohhh and the huge welcome basket and wine was such a wonderful surprise. We will be back❤️

We really enjoyed our weekend getaway to Winter Park! Lisa communicated everything we needed to know in advance of our arrival and checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was going well. The condo! Wonderful welcoming home with amazing views!

This home has so much thought that went into every aspect….perfection! From the moment we arrived we were all pleased with the lovely accommodations and a welcome gourmet basket! This home has everything you’d need and even more! The views 180 are breathtaking! This home is also close to skiing at Winter Park. Birthday Weekend

Staying at this condo was beyond amazing! From the time we walked in and saw the sign asking to please take off your shoes, we knew we would be staying in a clean and luxurious location. All the amenities, cleaning supplies and toiletries were supplied by Lisa which was nice because we didn’t have to scramble for anything needed. We literally walked everywhere and did not have to drive. I can go on and on about everything, but it was absolutely and truly an amazing place to stay.

Great stay during ski season

Spacious place for 4 people. Still felt new and the place was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Towels and sheets were top quality.Unit was the most stocked of any rental I’ve ever been to. They even left us electrolyte packets to help adjust to the altitude.Property manager was very responsive when the Internet went out and resolved it very quickly. Hot tub was great and never very busy.Underground heated parking was amazing during ski season. It snowed pretty heavily more than one night and we avoided having to clean off our car.Overall, this was the nicest rental we have ever stayed at. We would stay again.

We had an absolutely wonderful trip and can’t say enough good things about the condo, the host, the location and of course, the skiing! I must say, the pictures are pretty accurate but I was surprised by the size of the condo! Everything is spacious and 10 adults had no problem moving around and using the shared spaces. Big bathrooms, big master suite and wide hallways. The best part of this condo is the quality of everything - from the dishes and silverware to the sheets, toiletries, furniture, and appliances. You can tell everything is quality. Condo was super clean and had an easy checkout process which was a blessing New Year’s Day! The host Lisa is a doll - checked in multiple times and had the perfect amount of communication and flexibility. That was a huge plus. Lastly, you can see the mountain from your cozy king bed in the master room and it’s just a short (free) bus ride to the best ski park in CO! Just book it already!

We loved our stay! The host was very communicative and helpful. Upon our late evening arrival at the condo after a long road trip, we were instantly welcomed into the space with the ambient lighting from the flameless candles around the condo, plus a wonderful welcome basket of goodies. The condo is close to everything. The market is literally a 2 min walk! It was nice entering into the building through the heated garage and taking the building elevator directly to our floor. They even had a luggage cart to make things easier. The kitchen is well stocked. Beds were super comfortable. The towels were plush. The host has created a space in which you feel welcome. She has thought of all the details to make your stay comfortable. She even checked in with us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and even sent us a notification of a red flag notice sent by the power company, just to make sure we were informed. We took our beloved dog with us, and the outside spaces were ample to take him out for his necessary business. They have a doggie doody station with bags and waste receptacle next to the adjacent garage. Thank you again! Well done on creating a place where families and friends can make memories together!

Great/clean condo for family with dog

The condo had everything that we needed; the beds were comfortable and everything was super clean. Lisa even had an awesome welcome basket stocked with a bunch of snacks that the whole family could enjoy. There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance which is great when you are tired of driving. The condo property even has grassy areas for your dog to enjoy. We’d definitely stay here again!

This is the second time we've stayed at Lisa's condo in Winter Park. She is a great host and her place is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked, the beds are comfortable, and view is great. We could stay here for months! Parking and access is simple and the extra goodies she leaves for the guests are incredibly thoughtful. We look forward to another visit next summer!
