Panoramic, continental divide views from every window! This is the only ski in/ski out building at WP !!!. Say goodbye to lugging your equipment around in the cold. Take our elevator down to the 2 nd floor, the Ski locker room is right there by our building's back door. Walk out the back door, click on your skis, then Ski down the slope 110 feet right to the Zephyr Gondola.
Back of building opens to the Slope -Front of building opens to the Village.

Family Spring Break

Very nice condo close to ski lifts. Grandpa, daughter, and 2 grand boys. We all had a great time. Communication with owner was top notch.

Spring break 2024

This is the best condo!! Not just because of the actual condo, but the owners have everything you need there. We have been here many times and will continue renting this unit when it’s available.

A truly amazing host and property for ski in / ski out

Lee is one of the best hosts I’ve ever had at a rental property. The unit is incredibly well equipped fr food and spices to other amenities. The communication and attention to detail is second to none. The property is very spacious and convenient for a ski vacation. We loved it!

Best place to stay in Winter Park

It was cozy to stay at this place for ski vacation. Ski-in ski-out right on The Gondola lift is priceless. Clean and comfy place to stay.

We love this place!

First time at Winter Park and we really love it. The accommodations were perfection and they had everything we could possibly need and more. The owners are very responsive and the whole stay was a breeze.
