Located in the south of the Grands Causses Regional Park, 15 km from Millau and exits 46 and 47 of the A 75. This renovated farmhouse, at the bottom of a small valley, near the famous village of Roquefort, offers a capacity of 14 people.
A large fitted kitchen (L L, L V, oven, M o), a large living room, Bedroom 1 and 2: 160 bed, bedroom 3 with 2 90 beds. Dorm 1; 1: 1 bed in 120 and 4 beds in 90. Dormitory 2; 2 beds in 110 and 2 beds in 90. And playroom corner for children.
Also, 2 shower rooms, 4 toilets, and nature in total freedom all around.
Activities: hiking, mountain biking, Natura-quad, bike-rail, reptilarium, canoe, Gorges du Tarn, de Dourbie et de Jonte, visit to Roquefort caves and numerous sporting events (verti-causse, 100 km from Millau, worldwide pétanque, etc.).
The house is accessible by a practicable dirt road of approximately 1 km500.
The cottage is rented for 2 nights minimum (455 €) in the off season (May, June, September and October)
July, August and school holidays; for 7 nights: (1550 €.)
A deposit of 150 € is required for cleaning, 1000 € for damage prevention

Séjour parfait perdu dans un milieu ressourçant à souhait
Nous avons passé 3 nuits là bas dans ce gîte d’exception. Josette et Annette les propriétaires sont joignables avant pendant et après (elle m’a proposé de nous rapporté un oublie).
Le gîte est bien meublé et ne manque de rien, une bâtisse séduisante où on se sent bien.
Impossible d’être dérangé par les voisins car les seuls etres aux environs sont animaux et verdureNous rêvons déjà de revenir pour un nouveau week-end ressourçant

Week-end d’EVG au milieu des bois, loin des premiers voisins dans un magnifique gîte très bien équipé
Nous avons adoré le dortoir favorisant de nouveaux fou rires en partant se coucher
Petits point en +, des propriétaires aux petits soins pour faire de notre séjour un pur moment de liberté sans soucis
Nous y reviendrons sûrement passer de nouvelles vacances entre amis

une super maison pour des vacances entre copains
La maison est idéale pour des vacances avec des copains. L'intérieur est agréable et l'extérieur également. Le contact avec les propriétaires est très facile et courtois et ils sont très arrangeants.
La maison est isolée, ce qui est un avantage pour le bruit et la nature mais cela peut être un peu compliqué pour les adolescents. Heureusement, il y a pas mal de trucs à faire autour.

Gîte très agréable, neuf, très bien équipé.
Dommage qu'ABRITEL prenne autant de frais (ménage obligatoire, dossier...soit au moins 30% du prix du séjour !!!)

Superbe demeure dans un isolement total
La maison est superbe, isolée en pleine nature, entourée par les arêtes du causse du Larzac sur 3 côtés, et le village de Saint Geniez de Bertrand au nord, le premier voisin est à 1 km à vol d'oiseau.
Il faut bien noter que la maison n'est accessible que par une longue piste caillouteuse (1,8 km), qui est tout à fait praticable en voiture même citadine, mais sur laquelle il faut aller doucement et être un conducteur averti (ça monte et ça descend).
Vous y laisserez un peu de gomme, mais c'est le prix de la tranquillité :)

Batisse magnifique au calme
Gîte bien équipé, très propre. Malheureusement notre séjour a été entaché par une mauvaise communication entre les deux propriétaires concernant une négociation que nous avions fait sur l'heure de départ du dimanche ... Nous n'oublierons pas, pour les prochaines locations, de toujours se faire confirmer les changements négociés, par écrit, pour éviter ce genre de désagrément.
