About this property

ALL COMFORT, CLOSE TO THE BEACH with PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL and PÉTANQUE COURSE

Modern, comfortable, spacious house, located in a very quiet area, very close to the Vendres pond, ideal for walks and beaches 7 km away. On one level (note that about fifteen steps must be climbed from the street to access it).
Nice swimming pool out of sight. Security cover.
Trampoline. Available, in addition to the essentials, board games, PS3 and games, books.
Quality bedding. A bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a private bathroom, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a third bedroom with two 90 cm beds. Bed linen provided on request at an additional cost (10 euros per bed) This includes a fitted sheet, a flat sheet and pillowcases). Same for the bathroom linen (10 euros for a large towel and a glove)

To enjoy the beautiful days, plancha to cook outside. Garden table and chairs on the terrace. umbrellas
Fully equipped kitchen: Oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, Tassimo machine, toaster, fridge freezer, food processor.
TV and internet. Books, DVD PS3 games available.
Cleaning products are provided as well as two tea towels, two bath mats and two hand towels in the toilet, toilet paper, paper towels, detergent and dishwasher tablets.
At your disposal also vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, brooms, washing machine and dryer. For the pool, games, mattresses, buoys, french fries.
Mosquito nets on bedroom windows.
The strong points: the situation in a very quiet area, bakery, pharmacy, press point, La Poste accessible on foot, swimming pool out of sight, Valras Plage and Vendres Plage beaches at 7 km. Large and medium-sized stores in SĂ©rignan 8 km away. Open on Sunday. Very close to entertainment and outings (tree climbing, horse riding, restaurants). Tennis courts accessible on foot. BĂ©ziers 15 minutes by car.
House located 5 minutes from the highway exit.
A deposit of 600 euros by check with identity document will be requested but not cashed, as well as a payment of 70 euros if the cleaning is not done.

We really enjoyed our stay

We liked everything about the property... it was clean and comfortable and contained everything we needed. Location was good too. Really appreciated the blackout blinds. Slight downside was that the neighbour began a major renovation project outside, with large and heavy machinery every day, but this is obviously out of the control of the host. We loved our stay and will return!

I can only echo what other people have said about this property. The check-in process was faultless, the host was very helpful & friendly and the house was extremely clean, modern and well equipped. We loved having private access to the pool and being able to watch the sun go down on the outdoor space while enjoying food grilled on the plancha. It is also very well situated, in a quiet neighborhood within 5 mins walk of the town's shops and with the larger supermarket and beaches just a short drive away. Overall, I can't recommend this property highly enough and we would love to return one day. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

We had a very lovely stay at your vacation house. Everything was clean and available. A 10 min drive from a big supermarket en the sea. The location of the house was very peaceful. Clean pool and safe for little children. Also not far from the big road and near different interessting town. We Would return.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus. Alles war tipptopp gepflegt, besonders der Pool war ein echtes Highlight. Die Ausstattung ließ kaum WĂŒnsche offen. Lediglich beim Besteck und ein paar Kleinigkeiten hĂ€tten wir uns etwas mehr Sauberkeit gewĂŒnscht, ansonsten war aber alles bestens. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben zwei rundum erholsame und schöne Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht und uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Das Haus bietet alles, was man fĂŒr einen Familienurlaub braucht, sowohl in der Ausstattung als auch im Komfort.Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die sehr gute Sauberkeit bei unserer Ankunft, sowie die durchdachte Ausstattung des Hauses. Es war alles vorhanden, was uns wichtig war, um entspannt und unkompliziert in den Urlaub zu starten. Die Waschmaschine war fĂŒr uns als Familie mit Kindern ein echter Pluspunkt, denn beim Spielen und Toben fĂ€llt eben doch öfter mal WĂ€sche an.Ein weiteres Highlight war der gepflegte Pool, der wĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthalts eimal gereinigt wurde, so konnten wir ihn stets in vollen ZĂŒgen genießen. Der KĂŒhlschrank mit separater Kaltwasserfunktion war an den heißen Tagen Gold wert, jederzeit frisches, kaltes Wasser trinken zu können, war ein echter Komfort, den wir sehr geschĂ€tzt haben.Die Betten fanden wir alle besonders bequem – sowohl wir als Eltern als auch unsere Kinder haben wunderbar geschlafen. Die Lage des Hauses war fĂŒr uns ideal: In weniger als 10 Minuten waren wir mit dem Auto am Strand, und ein großer Carrefour-Supermarkt war in nur 5 Minuten erreichbar, dort gab es wirklich alles, was das Herz begehrt.Der Kontakt mit Emilie war stets sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und herzlich. Herzlichen Dank fĂŒr die schöne Zeit :)

Super Ferienhaus in Vendres

Wir waren nunmehr zum zweiten Mal im Ferienhaus. Durch den Ausbau der Terrasse hat das Haus nochmals an QualitĂ€t gewonnen, was eigentlich kaum vorstellbar war. Das Haus ist groß mit einer großen Terrasse. Die Ausstattung der KĂŒche lĂ€sst keine WĂŒnsche offen und der Poolbereich lĂ€dt zum Laden und Relaxen ein.

Traumhaftes Haus

Wir waren auf der Durchreise nach Spanien und wollten uns 2 Tage ausruhen um den Rest der Reise anzutreten. Wir wĂŒrden persönlich empfangen und alle wichtigen Fragen konnten persönlich geklĂ€rt werden. Das Haus selber war sehr sauber und wir haben uns direkt wohl gefĂŒhlt. Der Poolbereich war separat abschließbar, was wir aufgrund unserer Kleinkinder super fanden. Das Haus selber bot alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man erwartet und mehr. Wir wĂŒrden es jederzeit wieder buchen!

Maison parfaite

Merci pour ce sĂ©jour, il ne manque vraiment rien Ă  cette maison. Magnifique, bien situĂ©e. Le premier bĂ©mol est la propretĂ©. Dans la rĂ©servation est compris un service de nettoyage et dĂ©sinfection au prix de 100%. Je me suis demandĂ©e si ça avait Ă©tĂ© effectuĂ© car (photos a l’appui) il y a des traces de doigts partout, un canapĂ© pas trĂšs nettoyĂ© et une trace de chaussure sur le mur d’une chambre. Les traces de doigts sales partout sur les murs et les portes c’était le gros point noir
 Le deuxiĂšme bĂ©mol est la piscine non chauffĂ©e. Je n’ai pas fait attention dans l’annonce et j’ai immĂ©diatement regrettĂ© ma rĂ©servation. Il a plu donc piscine Ă  23/24 degrĂ©s Ă  l’arrivĂ©e nous n’en n’avons pas du tout profitĂ© et encore moins avec notre bĂ©bĂ© qui voyait sa premiĂšre piscine
 Vraiment dommage. Il manque Ă©galement des tapis dans les sales de bains car je n’avais rien et je suis tombĂ©e il y avait plein d’eau par terre. Merci en tous cas pour votre accueil et pour tout le matĂ©riel mis Ă  disposition dans la maison.

Ferienhaus in Vendres

Wir haben in der Vergangenheit bereits diverse FerienhĂ€user angemietet. Das Haus in Vendres hat jedoch alle bei weitem ĂŒbertroffen. GrĂ¶ĂŸe, Ausstattung Umgebung alles war sehr gut. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war stets gut und schnell. Wir haben nichts zu beanstanden gehabt. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen und werden sicher einmal wiederkommen.
