The villa "La pointe du Lac" is a house ideally located between pond and sea.
The house is located in a quiet area of the village of VENDRES 5 minutes from the beaches, VALRAS and SERIGNAN, and 10 minutes from BEZIERS.
It is air conditioned and can accommodate 12 people + 1 baby.

House completely renovated in 2020, quality services, combining comfort and refinement. The rooms are spacious and sunny, new furniture and equipment (2020).
This villa offers a privileged and rare location. You will have the pleasure of having your meal with the setting, a wonderful sunset over the pond of VENDRES.

A large space in front of the house allows the parking of several vehicles.

Modern fully equipped kitchen (American fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher ...).

5 carefully decorated rooms can accommodate 12 people + a baby without being cramped. Sheets are provided.

The very spacious living room is equipped with a panoramic sofa, a TV with Freeview and a free WIFI connection. To relax, a professional table football and pinball machine are at your disposal. You will also find many board games.

The dining room has a table for 12 guests without being cramped. You can share your meals while contemplating a panoramic view of the VENDRES pond.

For more comfort, the villa has a bathroom with Italian shower and a spacious bathroom as well as two toilets.

Complete equipment for young children: cot, high chair, booster seat + potty, changing table are available.

You can enjoy beautiful grills thanks to a huge BBQ in the garden.

Optional: We offer a rental of towels at 10 € per lot.

The villa is close to the beaches (5 mins) and all amenities (10 mins): shopping center, banks, medical office, cinema and restaurants.

Accueil très sympathique par le propriétaire qui avait de nombreuses anecdotes à nous raconter.

Réunion familiale où nous étions dix en tout , de tous ages , avec une maison sympathique et pleine de jeux au plus grand plaisir de tous.Nous avons profité pour connaitre Valras plage et visiter Béziers et Narbonne.Maison tout confort et parfaite pour le repos.Encore merci au propriétaire pour sa gentillesse.

Schön gelegenes und vielseitig ausgestattetes Ferienhaus

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Urlaub mit viel Ruhe in einer tollen Umgebung. Man hat von der Terrasse aus einen schönen Blick auf den Étang de Vendres, der zum Spazieren gehen einlädt. Zum Strand sind es nur 8-10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Ein Supermarkt ist in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen und bietet große Auswahl an allem. Das Haus hat viele schöne Schlafzimmer und bietet mit Kicker und Flipper tolle Abwechslung und Unterhaltung. Cécile und Philippe sind sehr nette und aufmerksame Gastgeber, die bei allen Fragen schnell und unkompliziert weiterhelfen.

Tolles Haus mit herrlichem Ausblick und sehr netten Vermietern

Wie schon in den anderen Bewertungen geschrieben, handelt es sich um ein schönes, gut ausgestattetes Haus mit einer tollen Aufteilung. Mit vier Erwachsenen und 5 Kindern hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub. Das Haus war sauber und es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Dadurch dass der Pool auf der Rückseite des Hauses ist, konnten die Kinder dort spielen und es war auf der Veranda trotzdem ruhig. Die Lage des Hauses ist toll. Es ist absolut ruhig und da das Haus erhöht liegt, hat man einen absolut fantastischen, kilometerweiten Blick über die Gegend. Die Vermieter sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Bonjour Cécile, merci pour la belle hospitalité☺️ Ein super freundliches Ehepaar, bei Fragen haben sie schnell geantwortet. Das Haus war sauber, es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Der Pool ist abgetrennt, somit sehr gut für kleine Kinder. Klimaanlage gibt es nicht in jedem Raum. Für die Schlafräume ist eine Klimaanlage im Flur zuständig. Wir hatten Nachts die Türen auf gelassen das war völlig ausreichend. Wenn man jetzt etwas meckern möchte auf sehr hohen Niveau dann war mir die Anlage etwas zu laut Nachts. Am See der nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt ist, kann man super joggen oder spazieren gehen. Eine kleine Bäckerei gibt es auch im Dorf und der nächste Carfour ist auch nur wenige Autominuten entfernt. Strände erreicht man mit dem Auto schnell und es waren alle schön. Also ich kann es nur empfehlen hier her zureisen.🤗

Everything was perfect

Die Unterkunft war perfekt. Sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Flipperautomat, Tisch-Kicker, T-T-Platte und Boules-Platz und der Pool perfekt auch für Zeiten zu Hause (und für Teenager). Man kann sehr viel sehen- Beziers, Narbonne, Carcassonne und findet überall schöne Strände und gute Restaurants (Valras-Plage). Wir haben den Urlaub genossen und die Kommunikation mit Philippe und Cecile war perfekt. Vielen Dank!

Tolle Villa mit viel Platz und guter Ausstattung

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Villa. Für sieben Erwachsene war mehr als genug Platz, der Pool war traumhaft und die Aussicht von der Terasse fantastisch. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen, die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und es waren ein Kicker, ein Flipper und ein Petanque Platz vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr gut und unkompliziert. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen und bedanken uns für die Gastfreunschaft von Cécile und Philippe.

Vacances au soleil

N’étant pas partis en vacances depuis 8 ans, nous les attendions avec impatience ! Et nous avons été enchantés par notre séjour ! La villa était juste parfaite : tout le monde a eu son petit coin à lui, la piscine a ravi grand et petits et nous avons pu nous régalé avec le barbecue ! Le cadre alentour était idéal : les 10 petites minutes nous séparant de la plage nous a permis d’en profiter pleinement, la proximité de Bézier nous a fait découvrir cette belle ville pendant la période de la féria, nous avons pu faire de belles visites et en plus le soleil a été de la partie ! Les propriétaires étaient attentionnés : Cécile et Philippe ont été très agréables, ils ont été au petit soins, nous ont partagé des bon plans et nous avons même été accueillis avec quelques douceurs ! Le seul regret : 1 semaine, c’était trop court ! En résumé, de super vacances !

Schon alleine die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war super. Immer erreichbar und für alle Fragen offen. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben. Bis zum Sandstrand brauch man mit dem Auto 8 min. Die Bäckerei im Ort ist super freundlich und auch hilfsbereit. Auch mit meinen paar Brocken französisch kam ich super zurecht. Immer wieder gerne und empfehlenswert

Maison spacieuse et agréable

Grande maison idéale pour une famille de 6 adultes et 5 enfants. Située dans un lotissement pentu sans vis à vis près du centre du village. Avec une belle vue sur les étangs. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et très réactif pour répondre à notre demande. Les literies sont fatiguées et il manque des couverts pour une famille nombreuse. Les enfants ont apprécié le flipper ! Excellent séjour
