We're 25 minutes from the Las Vegas strip, in a safe and quiet neighborhood. We are offering 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room, dining room, family room, garage, and a private yard. We are only minutes away downtown Summerlin, where you can enjoy shopping, movie theaters, night life, and a nearby casino. You can also enjoy a local fitness gym only minutes away. Please be advised that this is a smoke free home.

North Las Vegas

The property was very nice and in a perfect location for our visit with family. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. This property would be even better with a card table and folding chairs and another lamp in the family room. Would definitely stay here again.
