Moonlight Sea View is a beautiful 170 m2 house recently renovated with
great taste and ready to receive a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children .
The house is a paradise of colors! The blue of the sea, the blue of the
sky and the colors of the rainbow spread throughout the house.

It is a place of peace where vacations smell of rest and relaxation.
The sea air will make you not want to leave this place!

As soon as you walk through the front door, you will find a large,
fully equipped kitchen and a family-friendly living-dining room. At the
end of the living room there is an immense and beautiful terrace whose
view is unique. It is where our guests choose to spend much of their
time. It is a special place to dine enjoying the view and air of
Sitges.

On the ground floor, 3 bedrooms; one double en suite with its own
bathroom, another double with bunk beds, ideal for children or young
people, and a room with a double bed and an annex with an extra double
bed (this room is entered through the previous room). These two rooms
share a bathroom.

The house has several very comfortable corners that will make you have
a fantastic vacation. Think that you will be privileged to have a
dining room with such incredible views as well as a chill out to relax
and enjoy company under the moonlight. All this exclusively for you.
There is also a barbecue, perfect for making a delicious dinner at
night overlooking the port.

Ideally located, a few meters from the beaches of Balmins or San
Sebastian, the Aiguadolç marina and its leisure area and restaurants,
just 10 minutes walk from the town center. It is perfect to enjoy a
relaxing vacation or a weekend. There is also a community pool.

Attention

* This house is located in a family community where the rules of
coexistence and noise must be respected.
* Parties or celebrations are not allowed inside the house or on its
terraces.
* This apartment ONLY accepts reservations from families with
children (all ages).
* Groups of young people are not allowed.

Arrival information:
* The tourist taxes required by the Sitges City Council must be paid
(1 euro per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16
years of age do not pay)
* Check-in time is from 4 pm to 9 pm
* For check-ins after 9:00 p.m., there is a small supplement of €30
* For check-ins after midnight, there is a supplement of €50

Departure information:
* Departure time is 11 am
* Remember to turn off the AC before your departure.
* Upon departure, the keys must be left on a table or visible place,
never in the lock.

Smoking - not allowed
Arrival between 00:01 and 02:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
