A stunning contemporary holiday home offering wonderful mountain and sea views overlooking the bay of Mazarron on the Costa Calida in Murcia. Large terrace, balcony available so you can choose to be in the sun or shade.

Located in a quiet position in El Alamillo on the outskirts of Puerto de Mazarron but just a few minutes' walk from the splendid blue flag beaches and a short stroll to the bustling marina area with its international restaurants, fine bars and café's.

This spacious 3 bedroom property provides comfortable accommodation for 7 on two levels and comprises of - one double, one twin, one twin (with bunk bed) plus 2 sofa beds in the living room. The main bathroom has a bath with shower, w.c., bidet and sink unit. There is also a separate downstairs shower room with w.c. and sink unit. The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped with all you could need from your home away from home including an oven and ceramic hob, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine and coffee maker. The open plan lounge and dining area has a flat screen TV and DVD.

From the lounge patio doors open to the large balcony with views towards the sea, with everything you need to relax in the Mediterranean sun and for evening dining. There are two further outside dining areas: a large terrace, that is a gated and secure play area for children. There are sun loungers together and plenty of space for sun worshipping.

Kids will love the stunning communal pool, with toddler area. It also offers fabulous views from its elevated position. This comes complete with shower and bathroom facilities.

Bed linen, bath, hand and beach towels provided

A cot and high chair are also available on request.

Excellent location. Near to beach, bars and restaurant. Amazing views from the balcony. Communal pool almost next door and not too busy at certain times. Property has everything you need, apart from a bbq (which was listed but not there). Check in was made easy by Sue who kindly picked us up from the bus stop and was always quick to respond to any questions. Overall, a good holiday property.

Superb location. Basic facilities.

We enjoyed our stay. 2 months. Brilliant location. Excellent for walking in the hills, on the doorstep of the beach, not far from supermarkets and restaurants. The apartment itself was basic. No frills. Needs more seating in the living area For a short summer stay it is ideal. For a long winter stay it was a little soulless.

What a fantastic house! Even more Spacious than the photos! Was a lovely base to unwind and relax, with space for all the children and WiFi for the teen! David, Yvonne and Warren were all fantastic, helpful and accommodating. The house has amazing views and in a quiet location with a lovely stroll to many bars and restaurants. A beautiful op art of Spain with many locals holidaying here.

De verwelkoming was heel hartelijk. Wij genoten van het uitzicht op het terras. Alle voorzieningen waren aanwezig behalve vaatwasser. Voor ons een aanrader in de lente.

Bonjour Nous avons l'habitude de prendre le temps de choisir notre hébergement. Cette année nous nous y sommes pris au dernier moment et loué ce qui restait!! ...........Et nous avons été ravis. Le logement était propre et l'accueil enthousiaste. La maison est super bien située à qq centaines de m de la plage. La piscine commune presque pour nous! Au plus haut un max de 6 personnes. Les espagnols vont peu à la piscine ils préfèrent la plage. Il y a 2 terrasses qui sont ombragées à des heures différentes, ce qui permet de profiter des extérieurs soit pour le soleil soit pour l'ombre à n'importe quel moment de la journée Les chambres sont à l'étage ce qui fait que nous n'avons pas été gêné lorsque les enfants jouaient ds le salon. Par ailleurs Puerto est bien animé en soirée et c une station familiale, on y mange pour par cher. Les glaces sont bonnes! Et pour le shopping MURCIA a un centre commercial sympa avec des magasins de chaussures où tt est à 9.99€!! On est à 300km de Valencia où nous avons passé une journée. Si vous pouvez vous y rendre (c un peu loin) c une ville magnifique à visiter (musée centre océanographique....). Vous n'êtes pas très loin de la Manga où les plages sont magnifiques !! Enfin je vous conseille d'aller au marché il y en a un le Samedi à Mazarron et 1 le dimanche sur Puerto un peu compliqué à trouver la 1ere fois. Il est près du centre le mieux est de dder à un commerçant. Pour l'anecdote sur le marché j'ai demandé au vendeur quels étaient les prix vu qu'il n' y avait rien d'affiché. Réponse: à droite c 1€/kg . A gauche 1.5€ !!!! Bon Séjour!

A clean, easily kept house in a quiet area only a stones throw from the beach.

The property was great. At 1st we though it was a little "plain" but after we settled in we found it was ideal for what we required. Very clean and easily kept. You can tell the owner has kept it simplistic for this reason meaning we could focus on relaxing and having fun. Everything you required for self catering is there but eating out was only a 5-6 euro taxi away. The ocean views from the balcony are amazing and the neighbourhood is nice and quiet. We very rarely had to share the shared pool but even when we did, the local residents were very friendly. The beach is just a 5 minute walk down the bottom of the road. Slightly further for the more busy areas. I'd recommend this place for anyone wanting a quiet break away to relax. Great for young families. Yvonne & Warren were very friendly and helpful. I'd also recommend a hire car as the hire for the whole holiday will still be cheaper than airport transfers plus handy if you'd like to go further afield to visit water parks etc.

Are turn visit for us... This is a beautiful well equipped villa with stunning sea and mountain views in a good location, really easy to get to the beach, bars and restaurants but is in a nice quiet area. The communal pool never seemed busy even in ​July when we were there and was spotlessly clean. Plenty to see and do locally, especially the diving and snorkelling nearby was amazing. We also hired some bikes and saw most of the bay. Free WiFi and flat screen TV was useful for when we wanted some down time plus really useful kitchen though we ate out most ​o​f the time as the restaurants locally were very nice and keenly priced. Highly recommended!
