I’m a Sacramento native and a local business owner. I am living an upbeat but peaceful lifestyle. I love spending a day at the range, traveling, trying new eateries, watching the latest movies and most of all, spending time with my close family and friends.
Why they chose this property
Spacious open luxurious home, a two story single family house with beautiful artwork displayed around the home. Keyless entry into the home, digital touch-pad controlled AC/HEAT. Property secured with alarm system and protected by Vivint. Flood light installed outside the home, well-lit entrance with patio outdoor lighting. All bedrooms are on the upper floor.
-Master Bedroom with a NEW Cal King Memory Foam mattress, walk-in closet with tons of open space & hangers included. Over-sized walk-in shower, double-vanity/sinks, separate toilet area with door.
- Two Queen airbeds available upon request if you have more than 6 guests. The Master Bedroom or the open loft can fit the air mattresses.
- 2 Additional Bedrooms with NEW Queen beds with Memory Foam Mattress and nightstands with Lighted Alarm Clocks.
-Open loft room upstairs SEPERATE loft with pull-out Queen mattress, mirrored elegant glass table, and a console TV stand with a 55" Samsung
-Open Floor plan living area with NEW sectional couch, 6 seated dinning table with 4 chairs and a bench, and a 65'' SMART 4K HD TV.
-A half bathroom downstairs, and two full bathrooms upstairs.

We have great neighbors that we need to respect and we ask that you don't have any loud music or parties in the home. The owner checks in on the property frequently to ensure guests abide by this rule. If this rule is broken, we will have to notify the police and you will be removed from the property. There is zero tolerance unless agreed upon during the booking process. Thank you in advance for adhering to this rule!
