A fenomenal all around veranda in the top floor of a the most recent building right in the center of center 10meters from Taiwan Park
Designed from French Architects🇨🇵 as an open space:
the living room, dining area, cooking space, bathroom and matrimonial bed on the upper level of the flat through the wooden stairs.
Fully moderned furnished with every necessary appliance and furniture; high quality and overall high style.
It is equipped with system of heating and cooling, TV, wooden flooring, thermal windows, with dishwasher and washing machine.
There is a top comfortable double bed basicly the best matress sold here.very important as i am very keen on it myself.
+ a 3/4 covertible sofa
+ 1 extra pliable matress is for the 4th person.
DISHWASHER yes!! as I am a guest again as well and i know its needed:)
AIRCONDITION yes.Just press the button and dont think that ventilators are sircondition as one guest did.
PARSOL yes is on the big capeboard.
This loft is furnished in a unique concept of the White Box, providing the necessary commodity.
This loft has Three Facades in Glass from the south, west and north; full of natural light during all the day.
The veranda is the right place for your relaxing moments with no limit view of the city and hills with chaiselongs and flowers.
The building offers fast elevator, the presence of administrator, high security with camera system.
It is located just next from Skenderbej square and all vibration trendy zone of Tirana but zero decibel even in balcony guarateed: )
The feeling is great and the pictures can't transmit it all.

It is not a comunist building as most of Tirana rentals ..its brand new building and you are on a high floor..6th:) 260 grade view or you relax on the comfortable chaiselongs with cushions for you.

This was a great stay. Gaz is an amazing host and very attentive to your needs. The location is very convenient to many restaurants, bars and shops. Also very close to Skandenrbeg square and other tourist attractions. The apartment was very comfortable as well.

Beautiful apartment
The stay was amazing from start to end fresh towels everyday, owner was very accommodating always writing to make sure I was good. The layout of the apartment was beautifully set up and the Balcony was huge! Overall I give this place a 10 would deff rent again

everything was perfect about this place for a first time in Tirana. situated in the heart of the city with everything walking distance. the place is nice and clean with a giant balcony. the host is very nice and always available to help you to find a cab,a place to eat or whatever you need. highly recommended

Living the high life.
This is an excellent apartment, in a very central location. We were warmly greeted by the hosts who made us feel most welcome, and were easily contactable throughout our stay. The apartment was very clean and quiet, and the views from the large, sunny balcony are amazing. All the museums and attractions are within a short walking distance, and there is a small, but well stocked, supermarket and bakery nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, and will be sure to book the Loft for our next visit to Tirana.

Das Loft liegt im Zentrum von Tirana, wobei es nachts nicht zu laut ist und man gut schlafen kann.Die Dachterrasse ist unglaublich und man findet zu jeder Tageszeit ein schattiges Plätzchen. Wir haben genug zu dritt Platz gehabt und hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Gaz ist ein sehr sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Host. Bei sämtlichen Fragen hat er kurzfristig und schnell geantwortet. Eine klare Empfehlung! :-)

Highly recommended.
The property is ideally situated within a 10 minute walk of a number of interesting historical sites and scores of restaurants. There is also a small supermarket within @ 100 meters (exit building, turn right and look for small entrance to the basement supermarket), so everything is really on your doorstep. Despite this, the property is remarkably quiet and the Wifi signal is pretty good too.
The host Gaz, is extremely helpful and patient, having assisted with my no show taxi on arrival at the airport as well as arranging the return leg.
This was my first time in Tirana and I hope to revisit next year and will unhesitatingly book The Loft again.

We stayed here for 3 nights and absolutely loved the apartment - especially the outdoor space!
Location is very central to shops, parks, sights, restaurants, bars, etc.

Passionate by design i conceive and build these spaces on the top of the buildings.Lived half of my life in France Switzerland Russia and other in Albania.I am 51 with 2 kids and enjoy the creation process since and traveling my childhood.
