Very well located apartment, 3d floor with elevator, in the area of the City center (3 min walking distance from the New Bazaar, 10 min walking distance from Skanderbeg’s square). Living room with open kitchen and a balcony. Sleeping room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Private Bathroom.
WIFI, TV, air conditioning for a comfortable stay. Suitable for up to 3 people. Perfect for small families/couples/friends travelling together.
The area is well served by public transport.

Property was in a nice quiet location with shops and bars close by for convenience. Some of the equipment in the property was of poor condition and there were various defects. Also no cable or sattelite tv just basic Albanian channels. The owner was extremely helpful with anything we asked but overall the standard of the apartment itself was not great.

I really enjoyed staying here. The location was great, right in the center of Tirana. The appartment was very good and everything very clean. The host provided me with a parking spot in the garage. I’d stay here again, given the chance.

What makes this property unique
We are in the most characteristic and famous area of the Capital, within walking distance from the New Bazaar and Skanderbeg's Square. In 200 m range you can find supermarkets, coffee shops, bars, barber shops, hair salons, dry cleaning, pharmacy and restaurants. The apartment is part of a rather new building and it is situated on a narrow, secondary one-way and therefore very comfortable and quiet. The area is well served by public transport, and allows you to easily and quickly reach all points of interest in Tirana. All bus stations are located around Tirana Center. The ticket is 40 leke. You can find public bus from 6 AM-11 PM. If you need extra tips on how to get around, I'll be happy to help you.
