The pool and lobby are very nice. There is no hot tub currently. There is construction removing the adjacent old bridge as well as work on sea wall due to damage from the hurricane, so there is equipment noise during the week. As far as the condo itself, it needs to be updated/remodeled. The lighting is very dim and the ceiling fan/light in the bedroom is not on switch and there is a cord running from fan across the ceiling to plug in wall outlet. All cabinets are in rough shape with the bathroom cabinet door not staying closed and the kitchen cabinets looking like they were coming off the wall. There is no broom and the vacuum doesn’t work well. The shower floor looks really bad like it is dirty but I think it just needs to be retiled. The bedroom air conditioner is extremely noisy. The kitchen did have everything needed to fix simple meals. The mattress was very good.

Perfect location

The condo and location was perfect! We loved the private beach poised between Ft Myers Beach and Bonita Springs! It was quiet and everyone was very friendly! We will definitely stay there again!
