Lovers Key Resort Unit 403 is the only fully handicap accessible condo in the complex. This unit was custom built to be fully handicap accessible. If you or a loved one traveling with you is in a wheelchair and needs a fully handicap accessible condo, this is the unit for you. We are open, with restrictions set forth by the State of Florida. Due to Covid-19, as per the State of Florida?s reopening guidelines, we are allowed to rent to anyone from all US States with Covid-19 case rates less than 700 cases/100K residents. To find out if your state qualifies to be able to stay with us, go to www.cdc.gov/covid-data-tracker/index.html then hover your curser over your state of residence. A box will open with the information including cases per 100,000 population. Rentals to persons traveling internationally are still currently prohibited at this time. This fourth floor, one bedroom, one bath condo sleeps a maximum of 4 persons and offers: Living room with TV and sleeper sofa, Dining Area, Kitchen, Fully handicap accessible bathroom with roll-in shower, grab bars, and fold down bench, Large balcony spanning the living area and master bedroom, Master bedroom with king bed and in-room TV, In condo wifi, On-site laundry, On-site restaurant, In ground heated pool with waterfall, Hot Tub, Private beach, a short walk/drive to Lovers Key State Park which was rated # 4 by the Travel Channel on the World's Best Florida Top 10 Beaches, and a short drive to Fort Myers Beach and Bonita Beach. Need additional space for family or friends? No problem. Rent the adjoining luxury condo Unit 404. With the two units you can sleep 8. An exterior door in the hallway allows you to close off the hallway from the unit doors, giving you the option to leave both condo doors open while being fully secluded and securely locked in. A 10% discount applies to the rates when both units are rented together.

Awesome location and View

Minus the ongoing construction, a perfect condo for a couple! View of the bay on 2 sides and short distance to Lovers Key State Park (beach, Walking Trails, peaceful). Flippers is right next door and food is excellent. Once the ongoing construction is done, this will be a 5 star condo!

We love Lovers Key!

This was our third stay at Lovers Key Resort, and hopefully we will return. Our room was newly renovated and had everything we needed. We had some A/C issues the first day, and the problem was corrected in just a few hours. The pool is nice, kept very clean and organized. Being right next to a great restaurant like Flippers is a real plus. If I had to make one suggestion, I was suggest new patio table and chairs. The chairs are lacking in cleanliness and comfort. Great stay!

Our stay at Lover's key Resort

We loved the property. Excellent location. Unit was beautifully furnished and very clean. We would definitely love to come back. There's only one observation I would like to point out. I never received the email with the contract in order to get instructions to enter the property and I didn't even know that I was supposed to get that contract, so I was very concerned the day before our trip that we hadn't received any info from you guys, reason why I called your office to ask when would you be providing us with instructions on how to enter the unit. Obviously there was a lack of communication there and the failure to provide us timely with the contract and the instructions to follow.... please take notice of this... Thank you Cristina
