Villa Guájara is a cosy and fully equipped accommodation, ideal for families, couples and groups of friends looking for a peaceful holiday in Playa Blanca. Located in a privileged urbanisation, this villa offers a relaxing experience with impressive views of the sea, mountain, pool and garden.



It has a double bed and two single beds, perfect for accommodating up to 4 people. The two full bathrooms with bathtubs provide comfort and privacy to guests.



The independent kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as a fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, and juicer. Additionally, it includes all the necessary kitchen utensils to prepare delicious meals during your stay.



The living room is equipped with a television with channels in Spanish, English and German, and WiFi connection to stay connected. The villa also has a safe and an iron for greater comfort.



Outside, guests can enjoy a heated private swimming pool of 6x4 metres, perfect for cooling off. The garden has outdoor furniture, barbecue, balcony and terrace, ideal for enjoying leisure moments outdoors.



The location is unbeatable, just 2 km from Flamingo beach, 500 metres from a supermarket and 2.5 km from the centre of Playa Blanca. It has two covered private parking spaces.

Very clean, quiet and comfortable villa with everything needed for a great holiday: 2 terraces so always in the sun, a heated pool and barbecue. Excellent local agent who responded immediately to any requests and enquiries.

Tutto molto bello,

Tutto molto bello, soprattutto gli spazi esterni con ampia terrazza vista mare sul davanti e bellissimo esterno piscina sul retro, Parcheggio scoperto sotto casa. Zona tranquillissima e serve un'auto per spostarsi ma in pochi minuti si arriva a Playa Blanca e a Marina Rubicon. Playa Flamenco ancora più vicina. La camera matrimoniale non è molto grande ma adeguata. I due bagni sono comodi, acqua sempre calda e pressione giusta. Dotazione in cucina sufficiente. Dalla terrazza si vede l'alba, sul lato piscina tramonta il sole ma scende dietro la Montagna Roja. Prezzo adeguato. Siamo stati molto bene.

Ruhige Woche in Lanzarote

Diese Wohnung hat grosse Aussenbereiche mit einem geheizten privaten Pool. Genügend bequeme Liegen laden ein zum chillen. Wir haben es sehr genossen.

Lovely Villa. Will use again. Very quiet and peaceful week. private. About a 30 walk to Playa Blanca.15 minutes on hire scooters.7 minutes in a taxi for less than 5 euros. Good communication with host.

We had an excellent stay at the property.

It was even better than in the photos, very clean and very nicely styled. The outdoor area is great with several nice spots to relax by the pool. It is close to everything with a car, 5 minutes to the local playa flamingo beach and just over 5 minutes to playa Blanca town. Communication was extremely professional with Aridane and Jose, they were very fast and reactive. Highly recommend!
