The resort is located on the lagoon, close to the Tiki bar, and a short walk to the pool, playground, tennis courts, and beach.

Weekend getaway

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. We had fun playing tennis, walking the property, and checking out the golf course and local restaurants.

Great place.....well maintained! Super spacious. I definitely would stay here again. Had 10 guys golfing and everyone had a spot to sleep. Everyone in the area was super nice.

Our extended family was able to gather here with room to spare. Loved the open space of the kitchen/living room, we could all sit together in one space. Only thing we would recommend is a new coffee pot that brews faster and the basket doesn’t fall off.

Memorial Day/Birthday family getaway

Loved the property and particularly loved the spaciousness of the condo. More than enough room for 6 adults and 4 kiddos. We really enjoyed the heated pool, tennis courts, beach and walking around the beautiful golf course. Cooked all our own meals, and there was so much room for everyone to help and sit. The owner was awesome to deal with. If you are looking for a terrific outing, head to Roche-A-Cri Mound State Natural Area-observation deck with 300+ stairs.

Awesome for a large family gathering

We had such a nice stay at the Northern Bay Resort! This place is huge! The pictures don't give you the full feel for how much space there is. The main living space is very generous- plenty of space for 8 adults and 6 kids to hang out and not feel the least bit cramped. The bedrooms are also fairly spread out, allowing for more privacy and separation when needed. Two of the bedrooms have very large closets, which came in handy for napping babies in packnplays. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. There was lots of extra bedding. They even had toys for the kids. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Communication with the owners was quick and easy. The views from this unit are beautiful! We visited in winter and had an amazing snowfall to enjoy! The living room and deck look out on a golf course. We hope to come again.... maybe summer next time!

Wedding Weekend

Our daughter’s wedding was held at Northern Bay Resorts and thus we needed a place to stay. So happy we found Ryan’s condo. It was very clean and spacious and accommodated our group beautifully. Sure wish the weather would have been nicer as it would have been great to get out in the kayaks.

Very family friendly

This is our 5th time staying here and we love it. Very clean and spacious. We had myself, my husband, our toddler, my sister, her 6 year old and my parents… and plenty of room to spare. There is even a closet full of toys which kept our almost 2 year old entertained. We walked to the playground and across the street to the golf club restaurant. Very pretty grounds. We also brought food to make for most meals as there is a full kitchen in the condo. Ryan was great at getting back to us immediately with any questions we had. 5 stars!

Spacious But….

The unit is very spacious and kitchen had everything necessary for eating in nightly, however the thundering noise of stomping feet from third floor went on all week… early in morning and at night. A guest from another unit tried to enter our bedroom door at 2:30 am ( mistakenly), smoke alarm from another unit went off at 7:30 am one morning. Air conditioning works great for master bedroom and kitchen/living room but it was hot for the back two bedrooms. Host was very accessible but we would not consider returning due to noise from upstairs inconsiderate residents.

Great Getaway

The place is huge. This is the perfect spot for a weekend getaway with friends and family. Covid had our friends group at our wits ends so we decided to get tested and get the gang back together. There was more than enough room for 4 couples to stay and feel like each had their own space. Heck, the living room was big enough for all of us to be in there and still keep 6’ of social distance. The kitchen has everything you need to make full meals and plenty of room to hangout around the island. Even though it’s a condo this end unit felt very private. The connected decks/balconies would make it perfect for larger groups to get multiple units next to each other and be able to hang out together outside. This was a winter stay for us so we didn’t access the lake but you can see it right when you walk out. Ryan was very responsive and accommodating. We can’t wait to come back in the summer! Also, the 30 min drive to the Dirty Turtle is totally worth it.

Awesome place for a family vacation!

The property is gorgeous and is in a great location. It has a lot to do for all ages. Sand volleyball courts, basketball court, boccie ball court, pool, hot tub, kiddie pool and the beach swimming area. There is also the golf course and driving range as well. There was plenty to do for kids of all ages. Ryan's place was very spacious and held all 6 of us very comfortably. It was clean and had a great outdoor porch with a big table to have your meals at. The 3rd tee box, par 3, is right off the porch and it was fun for the kids to watch the golfers try to hit the green. I rented a boat slip and brought up my fishing boat. The on site boat launch was a big plus. We all loved using Ryan's kayaks and paddle boards as well. The kids kayaks were perfect for my 6 and 8 year olds. Neither have kayaked before and after the first time out they were hooked and went out on them every day during our stay. The lake is very nice. Sandy bottom with a gentle slope. Perfect for the kids to play in. Fishing on the lake was pretty good too. Caught a bunch of smallies. The only down side for this trip was they were renovating other condo buildings on the property and the workers started around 7 AM every morning. Other than that, it was great for our family of 6 with teenagers and small kids to please. Everyone had something to do and had a great time. Thanks Ryan!

This was our annual family vacation and it was a winner again. This unit has large bedrooms and bathrooms and spacious common area for our 8 adults and one toddler. And there are two more sofa sleepers if you need them for guests. Kitchen is well supplied. We took advantage of extra linens and the laundry room. Perfect location with easy walking to beach, lake, marina, pool, tennis courts and golf. We were able to rent a slip for our pontoon boat for an extra fee. Lovely, well maintained grounds. Property owner provides clear information, as needed, and responds promptly to any questions. Booking and check-in are smooth.

Our first time but definitely not our last!

This condo and resort have so much to offer and we used it all. There were outdoor activities for all ages. The resort amenities of the pool beach and golf course were great! We even used the pontoon rental that was onsite and spent a day at the sand bar. The owner was very responsive with any questions that we had. Can’t wait to come back to Northern Bay.

2020 Memorial Day Family Vacation

12 of us stayed at this property over Memorial Day weekend and it was so much fun. The condo worked wonderful for us. The area was great. Our ages were from 9 - 69 and there was something for all to enjoy. The owner was great to work with and very quick to respond to any questions we had. It was an overall great experience.
