BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS

Pamper yourself in one of the 2 luxurious bedroom suites uniquely furnished and designed with comfort and tranquility in mind. Perfect for 2 couples traveling together, the bedrooms are separated on opposite ends of the home and each has its own bath so there’s no sharing! Both bedroom sanctuaries offer brand new hospitality-quality KING sized mattresses, coordinated custom curtains & blackout shades, fine linens, ample closet space, large dressers, sitting area, colorful artwork, smart TVs, individual cooling and heating units as well as access to the pool area through sliding glass doors.

There are 3 fully updated baths in this home with abundant natural light. Both en suite baths feature a custom tile shower with soaking tub. The hall guest bath offers a beautiful custom tile walk-in shower with the same retro fixtures and feel of other bathrooms.

OUTDOORS LIVING SPACES

The highlight of this property is the resort-style outdoor retreat allowing you to experience the magnificent desert climate and spectacular mountain views. This home is aptly named after the rare and majestic Boojum trees presiding over the yard. Lovely desert gardens abound every inch of the grounds filled with cacti, towering palm trees, ficus hedges, fruit trees, rock gardens, desert flora and many varieties of succulent plants. The completely private and meticulously maintained grounds are walled and gated to provide the utmost seclusion and safety for your guests, children or furry friends.

The centerpiece of this outdoor playground is the brand new sparkling pool and spa (heating optional) perfect for swimming laps or floating aimlessly. The expansive multi-level elevated deck accommodates many activities. It’s the perfect spot to capture the breathtaking western views of Mount San Jacinto, soaring 10,000 feet above the desert floor. There are plenty of sleek modern chaise lounges to enjoy a full day of PS sunshine from the west-facing patio. If shade is what you crave, hang out or nap under a patio umbrella or gather under the covered dining pergola with ceiling fan. After a long day of hiking or sightseeing, indulge yourself in the elevated tranquil jetted spa with gentle waterfall cascading into the pool. At sunset, enjoy a romantic poolside dinner seated around the outdoor dining table under the canopy of twinkling desert stars. Or, enjoy cocktails and conversation gathered around the natural gas fire pit. There’s also a natural gas Weber BBQ and pool floats to complete the perfect outdoor experience.

AMENITIES

For our guests added convenience we offer a full size Whirlpool washer and dryer in a dedicated laundry room near the kitchen, Wi-Fi, HD cable TV, Blu-ray player, Bluetooth stereo, phone service with unlimited long distance to US and Canada and estate disposal service. All high quality linens, bath and pool towels are provided too. Optional luxury services are available upon request, including mid-stay cleaning, private chef, poolside massage and pre-arrival grocery stocking.

OPTIONAL FEES

For stays of less than 28 nights, the optional pool & spa heat fee is $100/day or $650/week. Pool heat is not needed between June - September. If you do not want pool heat but would like to heat the spa, the cost is $60/ day. A utility deposit is collected for stays of 28 nights or more and the amount is based on the length of stay. The cost of an Early Arrival or Late Departure is $200 each plus tax.

You’ll be able to enjoy all the activities this famous city has to offer including hiking, biking, horseback riding, day spas, golfing, tennis, gambling, architectural tours, cabarets, live theatre and riding the PS Arial Tramway.

Check out the local Paul Bar in the neighborhood. Don’t miss nearby Escena Golf Club a popular public course with even more popular clubhouse and fantastic panoramic mountain views. You are close to the recently restored Riviera and The Arrive where you can grab a burger or cocktail. Just a few blocks away are Albertsons and Stater Brothers grocery stores, Walgreens and World Gym.
