Cozy Studio Oasis Blocks from Main Street

Studio apartment in a 5 unit building within walking distance to all of Main Street St. Charles shops and restaurants. Unit is equipped with a kitchen stocked with cookware to make homemade meals, in unit laundry, there is parking in rear in addition to plenty of off-street parking. Wonderful location if you are in town for an event.

Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
We are ONLY dog friendly. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests a non-refundable fee of $100 per reservation will be charged to cover additional cleaning costs. Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided. Any applicable pet fees will be added to your reservation MANUALLY and charged AFTER booking.
If you do not honor our pet policy (dog only disclosure) you will be fined $200.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.

This was perfect for a long term stay in the St Charles area. Close enough to walk to Main St., many restaurants nearby and grocery store is a mile away. The unit was clean and cozy with a nice kitchen and washer/dryer in the bathroom for long term rental. The bed was super comfortable.
Beautiful at night, safe neighborhood.

Lovely studio for single traveler or couple

The property was great. It’s updated and clean and is a short walk (15-20 min) to Main Street. If the walk is too much Uber is available and can pick you up right in front. Would definitely stay here again

Great studio close to Main Street!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay! We were only in the area for one night but it had everything you would need for a longer stay. They are still in the process of renovating the exterior as mentioned in the description but don’t let that deter you from staying in this beautifully renovated studio. Jeffrey was very easy to reach and accommodating. We definitely would recommend staying here and look forward to returning for a longer stay in the future!

Great location

I’ve stayed in this building before and it’s perfect for getting around St. Charles. It’s very quiet too. Nicely appointed kitchen. A couple issues however in this unit: no plug in the bathroom, the bed is very lumpy and sinks horizontal in the middle. The kitchen was spotless but the rest needs some deep clean TLC — most of which a magic sponge could handle. Loved having a washer/dryer too.

Great communication with owner! Nice clean property in a good neighborhood.

The apartment was as listed. Jeffery the owner was very easy to communicate with and checked on us several times throughout our stay. It was a nice relaxing weekend in a nice and clean space. A added bonus was the Keurig coffee maker with the needed supplies. What is even a better surprise is when we found out that renting the property gave us access to a local fitness center. I would definitely stay again. Thanks! Jeffery

Rocky start

Our stay got off to a bit of a rocky start with a kitchen light that didn’t work, a shower that didn’t seem to have been cleaned from the prior guest, and pillows that needed replaced. However, our owner was quickly attentive to the issue regarding the pillows, and scheduled the light to be repaired on a day when there were no guests.

Had I only known...

This studio apartment is in a fairly nice neighborhood - felt safe enough. Amenities are sparse: there is no hand soap in bathroom or kitchen. There were exactly two bath towels, two wash cloths, and one hand towel for the two of us. There is no electrical outlet in the bathroom and no mirror in another location where there is an outlet - problematic for using a hair dryer. Upon stripping the bed linens prior to check-out, we were disgusted to find that the mattress cover was very stained with multiple stains and locations - gross. Had I know that all that was between me and this was a fitted sheet, I would not have slept there!

This was perfect for our weekend getaway. It was super close to Main Street but quiet.

The owners thought of everything that we might need to make our stay comfortable. It was modern and clean. The bed was so comfortable and inviting! Having a kitchen was great! The coffee was a nice touch! Would definitely stay again!

Great spot

Apartment was just what we needed for our busy stay. We really just need a place to sleep and shower so the apartment was great with comfy bed and overall very well appointed. And we were able to walk to Main Street for good coffee so that was a plus. Very charming neighborhood
