No Smoking: Strictly no smoking indoors. A $250 fine will apply.

Extended Stays: Reservations longer than 21 days will incur a $50 long-term cleaning fee, charged manually after booking.

Late Check-Outs: Unapproved late departures will result in a $50 fee.

Left Behind Items: We’ll return them for a $25 handling fee plus shipping.

St Charles/St Louis visit

Great property for us to stay at while visiting the area. Very clean, comfortable and central to downtown St Charles as well as access to drive into St Louis. Will definitely stay again!

Adorable Place in St Charles

This house was perfect for my husband and me and our little dog while visiting family for a few days. It's super cute and walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants, plus off street parking. And, most importantly (IMO) it was CLEAN! I would definitely stay here again!!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Cute one bedroom, clean duplex. Only a couple blocks from old St Charles where there is lots of restaurants on Main Street and like shops. We will be back for sure.

Okay Place for Short Stay

The home was nicely decorated and clean except for a lot of dead bugs in the basement where the washer and drier are located. Very small with minimal supplies and no extras but okay place to stay for a short stay. It was close to downtown which was nice but also a bit noisy at night due to traffic.
