About this property

This beautiful two-story, 2100 sq ft, vacation property is decorated in a relaxing Southwest style. The main floor has vaulted ceilings, Saltillo tiling throughout with center island in kitchen. Kitchen is fully stocked. In the family room, enjoy a beautiful Samsung HD LED TV with upgraded premium channels package. Remote is user friendly and voice-activated for changing channels and the DVR, i.e. records and pauses. (The same TV, and cable upgrades are in the master bedroom with a Sony HD LED TV). There is a powder room on the main floor, as well as a separate laundry space that is fully stocked.

Upstairs there are four bedrooms; master has a king bed with walk-in closet and full bathroom. There are two bedrooms with a queen bed in each, and one bedroom with two twin beds. All these bedrooms share the guest bathroom.

The MBR bathroom and guest bathroom were completely remodeled June, 2018. Both are now walk-in showers, i.e. no tubs.

We offer Wifi and a printer for your convenience. The furnace/AC unit, and roof were recently replaced.

The backyard is a beautiful oasis featuring a pebble-tec pool, water fall, pool light for nighttime and a basketball hoop. The pool is NOT HEATED. The pool is surrounded by a large abode paver patio with patio cover, comfortable eating area, fire pit and Weber propane barbecue. There is a shed on the side of house in the backyard that has pool toys, floats, bikes, etc.

The home is meticulously maintained and we are manically focused on cleanliness.

It's a great place to relax and enjoy the many conveniences, and recreation activity including golf and tennis that's offered in the cool community of Ahwatukee, just minutes south of the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. 16 lighted public Pickle Ball Courts are just minutes away.

Great time in Phoenix

Listing was 100% accurate. Communication and check in/out process was great since we got in well after midnight. House was very clean and owner provided all of the needed items for our 5 day stay. Pool area was great although it was cool when we were there so we did not use. There were 5 of us and the house met our needs. Close by had tons of restaurants and shopping options.

Amazing Quite Home

The entire neighborhood is quite and full of animals to see, you don't have to take a long drive to see a Roadrunner they seem to live there along with bunny rabbits. We had a great time and great night sleep on a comfy bed.

Loved homey vintage American vibes

Really enjoyed my stay here. Chunky Spanish colonial furniture and American appliances that keep on working. Very practical layout which felt spacious. Super quiet and safe area with friendly polite neighbors. Nice hiking areas close by. Approximately 4 hours from canyons. Definitely recommend. Owners Kyle and Susan were friendly and helpful.
