Welcome to your home away from home. 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath, 2 Story condo. Pool at your back door, and beach just steps away. Across the street enjoy the bay beach, brand new bay walk, water sports, parasailing, jet skis, kayak, canoe, and more. Dine and dance to outdoor live music.

5B is a multi-level unit in Dewey Beach. Enjoy your morning coffee, a meal, or cocktails at sunset on any of the four decks. Lounge in our salt-water pool, or relax and play on our beautiful beaches. Beautifully decorated with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, ceramic tile and bleached wood floors, flat screen TVs, WiFi. Your fully stocked kitchen includes Vitamix, Keurig, Coffee Grinder, Espresso Maker, chef’s cookware, and more. Original artwork in all the rooms. Two off-street parking spaces included.

Dine and drink at Nalu next door or walk to the many restaurants, bars and shops. Cross the street for water sports, baywalk, sublime views at tasty restaurants with raw bars and fresh seafood. Enjoy the open air decks and live island music at the local bars that overlook the bay. Children can play endlessly at the bay beach while you unwind.

Centrally located to the beaches, shops, rentals, restaurants, night clubs and state parks.

Jet ski, banana boats, SUP, kayak, canoe, paddle board, parasailing, pontoon boat rentals all just across the street on the bay.

Take the Jolly Trolly into Rehoboth for the Boardwalk and Funland and Pizza and Ice Cream and Fun, Fun, Fun~

Condo Rules:
1.  Condo Association does not permit group rentals.
2.  Condo Association does not permit BBQ's on this property.
3.  Condo Association does not permit Smoking anywhere on this property.

Please Note: There is no refund for cancellation through VRBO. However, Crowley Assoc. does offer a cancellation policy separately which is stated in the lease agreement.

Once your reservation is confirmed, further correspondence will be directly with our office and/or your agent who will reach out and email a lease providing additional, relevant information.

Tenants need to provide their own linens, towels & paper products. Ask your agent or our office for linen package options.

In addition, VRBO policy is not able to collect the Dewey Beach accommodations tax of 3% This amount will be noted in your lease and is payable directly to Crowley via check, debit or credit card.

After Labor Day availability and rates must be confirmed with the property owner by Crowley Assoc.

The location was great. Easy walk to beach and bay.Small strip with good restaurants. Quick drive to Rehob. They gave us lots of coupons at check in and we did use a handful! Enough space for 5 adults. Kitchen was a great size. Loved the many options for outdoor balcony space and pool. Our only issue was the living room space couches were not clean or comfortably and TV was really small. On rainy nights or a big football game, would have been nice to have a larger entertainment center. Lots of books and games to choose from, which we took advantage of instead. I would stay in this location again for the convenienceof proximity and what we were looking to get out of our trip. But minor upgrades and more thorough cleanings would earn 5 stars!.
