This wonderful 1st floor beautifully updated condo, freshly painted throughout. Features 2 bedrooms, both with queen beds, living/dining area (Brand new queen sleeper sofa). We supply pillows, quilts/bedspreads, mattress pads. All of which are changed out regularly. Some paper pruducts are provided. Bathroom has stall shower & stackable washer & dryer. Fully equipped kitchen w/ service for 6 & many extras. Enclosed porch overlooks courtyard. Exterior has gas grills, 2 outdoor showers, tables and chairs. 1 parking spot out front & 1 parking permit will be provided. Just a few houses away from the beautiful beach, walking distance to many restaurants , pubs & the Jolly Trolley stop. Great place to get away! Read our reviews!! We take so much pride in this unit. It is clean from top to bottom. Open year round!! Available weekly or long week-end rentals. 3 night minimum. Smoke Free Complex & Pet Free Unit! Owners are licensed realtors in the state of Delaware. SORRY, NO SENIOR WEEK RENTALS! PLEASE DO NOT HAVE YOUR PARENTS BOOK FOR YOU! RENTERS MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE!

The cutest 2 bed 1 bath condo in Dewey! We had a great time staying here. The parking was easy. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go. The beach was close, and we loved the convenience of the beach cart!

Our stay was great! We loved the quiet street it's on, the proximity to the beach, yet how close it is to town. The owner was very responsive, and the check-in/check-out process went very smoothly. The kitchen is very well stocked with cookware, food storage options, and even k-cups for the Keurig. It was a tad musty by the end of our stay which might be why there were so many air fresheners around. Even with that, we're planning a return trip next year!

3rd time staying here, such a great spot for a family of 4 or small group of friends.The beach is steps away. Love the nearby restaurants, you don't have to drive the whole trip if you don't want to, everything is in walking distance.

Amazing location

The owners/host were amazing to work with. The condo is adorable, just right for two adult couples. The location was excellent, super close to the beach as well as restaurants and stores. We truly appreciate all the personal touches, such as the extra parking pass, and the condo being well stocked.

Park your car & walk to all that Dewey has to offer. Quiet location steps, from the beach. Great place to relax and enjoy your vacation. Unit / complex has so many nice amenities to offer. Available year round. (Weekly rentals are preferred in July & August) Minumim 3 night stay.... Long weekends in the winter, spring & fall. Interested in a monthly rental available October - April, we would love to hear from you. Send an inquiry for our rates! Smoke Free Property. Sorry pet free unit. Must be 25 years old+ to rent.
