This wonderful 1st floor beautifully updated condo, features 2 bedrooms, both with queen beds, living/dining area (queen sleeper sofa). We supply pillows, quilts/bedspreads, mattress pads. All of which are changed out regularly. Some paper pruducts are provided. Bathroom has stall shower & stackable washer & dryer. Fully equipped kitchen w/ service for 6 & many extras. Enclosed porch overlooks courtyard. Exterior has gas grills, 2 outdoor showers, tables and chairs. 1 parking spot out front & 1 parking permit will be provided. Just a few houses away from the beautiful beach, walking distance to many restaurants , pubs & the Jolly Trolley stop. Great place to get away! Read our reviews!! We take so much pride in this unit. It is clean from top to bottom. Open year round!! Available weekly or long week-end rentals. 3 night minimum. Smoke Free Complex & Pet Free Unit! Owners are licensed realtors in the state of Delaware. SORRY, NO SENIOR WEEK RENTALS! PLEASE DO NOT HAVE YOUR PARENTS BOOK FOR YOU! RENTERS MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE!

3rd time staying here, such a great spot for a family of 4 or small group of friends.The beach is steps away. Love the nearby restaurants, you don't have to drive the whole trip if you don't want to, everything is in walking distance.

Amazing location

The owners/host were amazing to work with. The condo is adorable, just right for two adult couples. The location was excellent, super close to the beach as well as restaurants and stores. We truly appreciate all the personal touches, such as the extra parking pass, and the condo being well stocked.

Excellent place for family beach trip

Family and I had a fantastic stay! Place was super clean and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants and stores and the beach was only a few steps away! Communication from the host was exceptional and it’s probably one of the best we’ve received! Park your car & walk to all that Dewey has to offer. Quiet location steps, from the beach. Great place to relax and enjoy your vacation. Unit / complex has so many nice amenities to offer. Available year round. (Weekly rentals are preferred in July & August) Minumim 3 night stay.... Long weekends in the winter, spring & fall. Interested in a monthly rental available October - April, we would love to hear from you. Send an inquiry for our rates! Smoke Free Property. Sorry pet free unit. Must be 25 years old+ to rent.
