This wonderful 1st floor beautifully updated condo, features 2 bedrooms, both with queen beds, living/dining area (queen sleeper sofa). We supply pillows, quilts/bedspreads, mattress pads. All of which are changed out regularly. Some paper pruducts are provided. Bathroom has stall shower & stackable washer & dryer. Fully equipped kitchen w/ service for 6 & many extras. Enclosed porch overlooks courtyard. Exterior has gas grills, 2 outdoor showers, tables and chairs. 1 parking spot out front & 1 parking permit will be provided. Just a few houses away from the beautiful beach, walking distance to many restaurants , pubs & the Jolly Trolley stop. Great place to get away! Read our reviews!! We take so much pride in this unit. It is clean from top to bottom. Open year round!! Available weekly or long week-end rentals. 3 night minimum. Smoke Free Complex & Pet Free Unit! Amazing location

The owners/host were amazing to work with. The condo is adorable, just right for two adult couples. The location was excellent, super close to the beach as well as restaurants and stores. We truly appreciate all the personal touches, such as the extra parking pass, and the condo being well stocked.

Great Place to stay!

A pleasant, generous stay

I, along with my family members, had a fabulous time on Rodney Dr in Dewey Beach. Wonderful host, who worked with me, as I had a health emergency. Generous and pleasant accommodations. I recommend it to anyone in search of a peaceful beach stay! Dewey Beach is also one of my favorite beaches on the Eastern Shore.

Great place to stay for small family or group of friends

I’ve stayed at Kathy’s place twice. First with a group of friends, and this last time with my husband and 2 and 4 year old. It is so close to the beach and super comfortable. Would recommend for sure. Tons of places to walk to. Super close drive to the rehoboth boardwalk for the kids to play at funland. Will definitely stay at Kathy’s again!

Awesome beach condo for small family

We loved staying in this condo just walking distance from the beach! The location truly cannot be beat and the pictures do not do this property justice. Small bedrooms but plenty of space for 3 adults and 1 toddler. We enjoyed spending time on the screened-in porch and appreciated the beach chairs/toys that were provided. We hope to return!

A wonderful stay!

My husband and I decided to take our 3 kids (all under 5 years old) to Dewey for the first time. Kathy’s place was perfect for us. It was super clean and stocked with games for the kids, beach toys, chairs and even a beach cart. The bedrooms were spacious enough for us to fit a pack and play in the room. The location was perfect (beach block) and we were able to walk to all the restaurants and shops. Kathy even left a very generous bucket of goodies for the kids.

Cozy hideaway

My family had a privilege of staying at Kathy’s cozy hideaway in Dewey Beach for a long weekend at the end of July. Her unit was not only well-stocked with everything imaginable & spotless, but within walking distance to tons of restaurants and activity. It is literally a half of a block to the beach. The thing that I liked is that, although we were surrounded by activity, this little unit was tucked away in privacy.. I would absolutely recommend this unit, and Kathi as a host as she was communicative, and gracious. This truly is a hidden gem in Dewey Beach!

Spring break

First time in Dewey Beach, and it could not have been a better location. The place was very clean, and the kitchen was surprisingly well stocked with lots of extras. It is small but functional. Lots of beach accessories which we did not use, but that is nice touch.. It did not feel so much as a rental, it felt like I was borrowing an apartment from a friend. Communication was excellent.

Dewey Beach Cottage seconds from the beach

We loved everything about our stay! The house was clean and well stocked! Kathy was easy to communicate with and even left us a gift basket full of snacks and toys for the kids. So thoughtful! She had beach chairs, sand toys, and a beach cart for our use. There is a shared outdoor common area that was so nice with picnic tables, lots of seating, grills, and a hammock. The location to the beach can't be beat, and everything in Dewey was very walkable, even with kids. The Jolly Trolley stops one block from the house, making for a quick, fun trip to Rehoboth Boardwalk. We will definitely return next summer!

Great little place!!

Can’t beat the location of this cute little apartment! You’re on the beach in less than 5 minutes from the front door, depending on how much gear you’re carrying. Everything was clean and just as stated in the description. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness, however, due to some dampness and musty conditions inside the apartment. While we were staying there, we didn’t notice it a whole lot, other than what we could smell on our towels or just feel in the air. But, when we got home, everything had a strong musty smell to it. However it certainly wouldn’t keep me from staying there again! Just something to note in case you have any allergies or health conditions impacted by dampness. The courtyard area was fantastic! A great place to drink your morning coffee or tea and hang out with your group or meet the neighbors. You won’t be disappointed!

3rd time staying here, such a great spot for a family of 4 or small group of friends.The beach is steps away. Love the nearby restaurants, you don't have to drive the whole trip if you don't want to, everything is in walking distance.

Wonderful Family Vacation and beautiful place to stay!!

Clean, steps from the beach, host was very responsive and kind. Lovely people in the other units around us. Kitchen is well stocked. Just bring your groceries. Outdoor showers were so convenient. A cart to push to the beach, sand toys, boogie boards, beach chairs. She left a lovely sand bucket full of goodies. My little granddaughter was thrilled! She took it every morning to the beach to gather seashells. So many places to eat or shop within walking distance. Overall my family and I had a wonderful summer Holiday!
