This wonderful 1st floor beautifully updated condo, features 2 bedrooms, both with queen beds, living/dining area (queen sleeper sofa). We supply pillows, quilts/bedspreads, mattress pads. All of which are changed out regularly. Some paper pruducts are provided. Bathroom has stall shower & stackable washer & dryer. Fully equipped kitchen w/ service for 6 & many extras. Enclosed porch overlooks courtyard. Exterior has gas grills, 2 outdoor showers, tables and chairs. 1 parking spot out front & 1 parking permit will be provided. Just a few houses away from the beautiful beach, walking distance to many restaurants , pubs & the Jolly Trolley stop. Great place to get away! Read our reviews!! We take so much pride in this unit. It is clean from top to bottom. Open year round!! Available weekly or long week-end rentals. 3 night minimum. Smoke Free Complex & Pet Free Unit! Owners are licensed realtors in the state of Delaware. SORRY, NO SENIOR WEEK RENTALS! PLEASE DO NOT HAVE YOUR PARENTS BOOK FOR YOU! RENTERS MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE!

Pat & I have owned our condo for 25 years. We are constantly updating things throughout the unit! We have had a lot of fun with our children & grandchildren here. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do. It is super cute, steps away from the beach & in a quiet location. Yet e-z to get to restaurants, pubs & the Jolly Trolley. We hope once you visit you will come back for many more. We take lots of pride in our condo & hope you will too! The only thing we ask for you, is to please leave it as you found it. This assures us you would love to come back.

Park your car & walk to all that Dewey has to offer. Quiet location steps, from the beach. Great place to relax and enjoy your vacation. Unit / complex has so many nice amenities to offer. Available year round. (Weekly rentals are preferred in July & August) Minumim 3 night stay.... Long weekends in the winter, spring & fall. Interested in a monthly rental available October - April, we would love to hear from you. Send an inquiry for our rates! Smoke Free Property. Sorry pet free unit. Must be 25 years old+ to rent.
