This cozy 3 bedroom 2 bath home is the perfect fit to see your loved one graduate. Whole house water filtration system so no need to buy bottled water! Super Walmart in walking distance for groceries or last minute items. Community pool and Kid's playground only a few blocks away. Plenty of shops right up the road. Mins away from Lackland AFB Main entrance, Sea World & Six Flags, and River Walk is not far for a fun night for the whole family.

This home has outstanding finishings with wood floors, high ceilings, flatscreen TVs (with access to Netflix), Amazon's Echo to listen to your favorite music, three comfortable private rooms, sound machines, outside patio to sit and watch the evening sky and more!

Great property, clean and well kept and the location was perfect. Close to the Lackland AFB and a Walmart was within a minute's drive. That was a bonus for us.

What makes this property unique

Open floor plan so you can enjoy everyones company. A Smart house with all the comforts to make your stay wonderful, just bring your toothbrush and toothpaste-shampoo, soap and even vanities item are already there for your convenience.
20 mins to the Airport, 20 mins to downtown, 10 mins to Sea World, 20 mins to Six Flags and 5 mins to Lackland AFB.
