Additional features include three guest suites, each with an attached bathroom, the first with a king size bed, the second with a queen bed and the third with XL twin-over-queen bunk beds, air conditioning, custom lighting, washer and dryer plus a two-car garage.

Beautiful townhome in great location!

We loved the new modern style. The townhome was well supplied with everything we needed. Management company was quick to respond upon check in. The location couldn't have been more convenient. We were able to walk to the shuttle for Beaver Creek. We would definately stay here again!

Poor communication from the property manager

We recently stayed at this property and, while the condo itself was beautiful and in a great location, there were a few significant drawbacks that made our experience less enjoyable. First, the check-in and check-out times were inconvenient—5 PM is quite late to check in, especially for travelers arriving earlier in the day, and a 10 AM check-out felt rushed. It would be much more accommodating if these times were adjusted. Additionally, the property management company was disappointing to work with. Communication was poor, and when we encountered issues during our stay, they were either slow to respond or did not resolve them at all. This lack of attentiveness made it frustrating when we needed assistance. While the property itself has a lot of potential, better management and more reasonable check-in/check-out times would greatly improve the overall experience.
